I did a lot of research trying to figure out what led to my acne as far as supplements went. I have been taking animal pak and I love it but when i stopped using it I lost ALL my ance. I did research and found that the Iodine inside can causing acne.

This stuff is amazing when I take a pack after breakfast then hit the treadmill I feel like I never want to come off. I don't see much of those results lifting iron but I seems better for arobic or Cardio. Never take any of the pills one at time or a few at a time which will get you horrible gas. My pee always seems yellow now.

Animal pack has worked better than all other vitamins i have used. I can feel a big diffrence in the amount of energy i have throughout the day and i wouldnt want to go a day without it. The only bad thing about it is that there are about 9 or 10 vitamins in each pack, and taking it is a hassel.

I have made noticeable gains in appearance and in my strength.I have not experienced any side effects with this product. This is great! i have energy throughout the day and have not gotten sick since i started taking it which was about 3 months ago! that means that i havent gotten even a small cold throughout the winter months!!!! whenever i feel like i might be getting sick, i take an extra pak along with a meal and the next day I feel completely normal again this is a great foundational supplement. PS my gains have increased too i went from benching 205x2 to 255x2 in 3 months (none of that bouncing crap). squat went up about 20 lbs too!

after one week of taking Animal Pack i started getting big and painful spots on my back. My back looked horrible, maybe i am just alergic to some of the ingrediants in it. But in other hand i think that the amount of vitamines and other ingrediants is too high for a daily dose unless you are realy big person and your body can accept it...

Third week into this supplement and of all the supplements i have taken including Creatine (BSN and Gaspari) this one is the best. My recovery period has decreased, strength and endurance have both gone up. I have not had any side affects to speak of. The pills are polished so even the larger ones go down easily. Best supplement i have ever taken. Taking this and 1 gram of EAS protein per lb of weight. Great combination.

i have been using animal pak for about 2 months and ama big believer in it. at first i was using a one a day regular multi and thought the pak was useless untill i tried it , since then i am very pleased with the amount of energy i have and the amount of stuff loaded in it and especially my radio active piss due to vitamin B

I'm on my second container of Animal Pak Vitamins and am pleased with the results. I can definitely feel increased energy without the jitteriness associated with caffeine. There are plenty of beneficial AminoAcids for protein synthesis and it also makes my urine a dark yellow which tells me there is plenty of Vitamin B. There is lots of other crazy stuff contained in these tablets which I have no idea what they are or if they have any positive effects. This leads me to one of the undesirable traits of this product- there is a whole bunch of huge pills to swallow. I recommend drinking lots of water and make sure you have food in your stomach as well. When you read the information on the back, the nutritional information provided is for TWO packs which I think is crazy. One pack should be plenty unless you are on some crazy diet and not getting any nutrients through food.

It's everything your body needs all in one supplement I found Animal Pak invaluable when weight training. There is a reason this product has been around so long too. No..No...it's not going to give you 10lbs of muscle in a month ( and thats why people time and again forget about their Vitamins) but your basic vitamins are so important and are building blocks. Before you try your fancy breakthrough products which costs $$$, think about a Multi first and you'll have took your first step But as I said before, first a Multi-Vitamin and Protein, then you can start adding your fancy products on top of this foundation!
