I have tried many different pre workouts. NoXplode SUper Dump NaNo Vapor Shock Therapy. Taste wise i like the orange flavor the best. Great pumps no crash good focus. I gained like 10lbs on my lifts.

This product is definitely worth using. It helped me break through a strength plateau as well as ad some size. Good energy, great focus-really helps with the "mind muscle connection". Pumps where solid and as mentioned above I saw strength gains as well. Would recommend this product.

I am 33 and have been in competitive sports and lifting since high school. Currently I'm 5'9" 190 14%bf. I have tried multiple products over the years. I have a good understanding of what works for me. This product gave me a definite extended caffeine rush, but suffered with some other claims such as strength and endurance. Also quite expensive. Superpump 250 worked much better for me.
