Iv been using this product for about 1 month after my dad recomended it to me, he thort it wrked really well for him but iv seen nothing, and iv taken it exactly according to the instructions!!! I am very dissapointed

The product is not meant for bodybuilding. I am a martial artist /body builder and I take the serum on days that I train in martial arts. The stuff is amazing. I was able to fight two incredibly intense fights after 40 minutes of drills. If you stack this with something like NO xplode, super pump, M-stak, ect.... you will be able to do just about anything you normally do times 2. The ATP serum is meant for aerobic workouts for fast restoration. I leave this stuff under my tongue for 15-20 minutes and then swallow it. There is a "Builders" serum by the same company that is specifically made to bulk up but this is not it.

I took 3 bottles of this and i saw no difference in my muscle i have been working out for about 4 years and i have used much better products this is NOT worth you time and money. I have been taking Creakic for about one mouth and it is the best stuff out there. If u want real gain take Creakic no this!!!
