I have been taking Atro -Phex for one month now and I love it. It gets me going in the morning and I don't have to stop and get coffee. I have been losing weight steadily and feel tighter. I was 5'11" AND 276lbs. I have lost 27 pounds so far and have gotten much stronger. I am avg. just under 4 pounds a week. I am also taking the full BSN Stack so I'm sure that has something to do with it. No side effects what so ever though. I take four pills twice a day and wow what a kick in the face it is...GREAT Stuff

Starting taking this product about two and a half months ago. At that point I was 6'1", 174 pounds with no definition. I'm now 164 pounds with an 8-pack and extreme total body definition. I've been taking 2 pills twice a day with zero side effects. From first reading reviews I was a little worried about all the side effects but I've experienced none. I try to drink around 120 oz. of water daily and eat a balanced diet as well as getting plenty of exercise. All in all I'd say if you're looking to get insanely cut, try this out!

Not only I cant sleep at night from the heavy side effects my thoughts are not in order when using Atrophex. I came to realize that if I can't train naturally, without the help of stimulants, than my body is not properly fed and or rested, And if you are over weight take a close look at your eating habbits. you may find the answer to many questions there. Who is creating this product anyways labs? using who knows what? are the people selling it consuming it? and try calling the 1800 number and get your questions answered. I did, they just said the product is safe. who wouldn't when selling something. NOPE, Try to reconsider. No Drug manufactured by labs in any way or form is safe. but you decide! how much do you love you?

I would first like to say that yes, if you do not follow the directions, the potency of these pills will kick you hard. I've gone through 3 boxes over the last 7 months taking breaks in between cycles and am currently taking the maximum 4 pills twice daily dosage. I'm 6'1 and in January weighed in at 241 and am now 179 lbs. I pretty much have ideal definition at this point and am just running down the last box now. I recommend it to anyone looking for reliable results but you do have to weather some strange effects if bumping up to the max dosage. If I didn't eat within 45 minutes I got extremely lightheaded, sweated, and even tingled a little, strange stuff. However, I find if I drink around 2 gallons of water a day these side effects are almost unnoticeable. Again, follow directions to the T and this product will work amazingly if you commit.

I bought this for the mental boost and focus. If a side effect is weight management...great! I could stand to lose about 5-8 pounds. I started yesterday and immediately felt energy. I'm hoping to have more mental clarity as I progress. I only intend to take 3 pills a day. The only thing that happened to me yesterday was the constant urination. It was nonstop! I'm a healthy eater anyway and work out daily with pilates or speed walking. Just feel my energy is not there and my mental focus is way off. I have always drank about 4-5 cups of caff. tea a day, so I'm no stranger to that rush. But it no longer gives me the punch I need. Hope this works.

I am about 5 10' 190lbs i used to be about 245 and dropped about 40lbs my freshman year of high school since then my diet/work out consistency has been nearly perfect, but i have always still had a little fat around my lower back and abs I have tried lipo 6, the nex lipo 6, hydroxycut, hydroxycut hardcore, and all that other stuff to get rid of these problem spots NONE WORKED about a week ago i thought i might as well waste my money on Atro-Phex to my suprise it has worked suprisingly well and i have lost about 5 plbs and am starting to see a lot more definition in my abs. Yes you will have some side effects and you loose the weight by of course....going to the bathroom, but if you eat healthy, excercise, do what the package says, and maybe even throw in a multivitamin and some extra water the side effects will be limited

Over the past 6 monthes, I have spent losing weight without the use of supplements, and I lost 20lbs just diet and exercise. I thought Atro-Phex could help me tone up places that are a little soft. After reading other reviews, I have decided to follow the directions to a "T", meaning eating them precisely 30-45 mins before breakfast, drink plenty of water, assess tolerance, and keep the doses minimal. I have yet to have any strange dreams that I can remember, but I'll make a point to let people know if it happens, because that is an unsettling effect. Hopefully it will help shave off some of the softness on my abdomin.

After trying this product, I have also noticed having more dreams at night, and they've been extremely violent, and terribly weird as mentioned before... As far as the supplement goes, it will definately give you a headache if you're not drinking enough water, will definately make you feel sick if you font eat as directed to, 30 minutes after taking... And as for it working? I'm a 21 year old female, starting out in ok shape, 135 pounds, 5'5... I work out regularaly, and eat pretty healthy... I've been taking atro-phex for about three weeks now, and don't notice any results that wouldn't be there if I was just doing it alone... Try something else first...

This is my second time around using this product. I cant say that the energy is all that good, but I do notice that my soaked after a workout. I take 2 of these in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Currently im stacked with Nitrix and Axis-HT along with 2 50g Protein shakes a day, NO-Xplode for pre-workout. I do believe this stuff works for me, but it may not work for everybody because of body type and metabolism. I come from a family with thyroid problems, im 6'0 268 and my younger brother is 5'11" 155 so you see the stark contrast. My metabolism is horrible, and I do see a difference on this stuff. My hunger decreases, and I have to force myself to eat on time to keep from killing muscle growth in the gym. I will review again at the end of June when I have gone a 60day cycle. Target is -38lbs by July 10th.

I started using Atro Phex 3 weeks ago. I began with 1 pill twice daily to asses my tollerance for 2 days. I felt nothing so increased it to 2 pills twice a day and maintained that for 1 week. Instead of feeling hot I had the chills but no additional energy or anything. I decided to up my dose to 3 pills twice a day for a week. Still got the chills and then ended up running to the bathroom every 15min with the "runs", my energy level still has not changed and I have not lost any additional weight. Mind you I am also doing 45 min of cardio a day and eating more carefully. I have certainly not seen or felt any of the effects that BSN has bragged about. Thank goodness I can get my money back.

I just started today and I can already feel a difference. I can also see where some of the water weight has come off. The label clearly says to drink at least 120 oz. of water each day, so don't be surprised about headaches if you don't -- it's taking off water weight, and if you don't drink sufficient amounts you will become dehydrated, thus get headaches. Directions also warn of effects if the user is sensitive to caffeine/combines the product with caffeine -- yet another reason headaches could occur. I'm pleased with what I've experienced so far and I think it will work into my daily diet & exercise routine very well. I'm also excited to hear it drops pounds in days - I have a weigh in with my trainer this week!

This product will work. However, be careful... this is a very potent STIMULUS. Like everything that burns fat it is a stimulus. So different people are effected differently. DO NOT take this and a pre work out. This has crazy energy... when i take a pre work out i feel like im up all night. On top of that your blood pressure will rise. Even though it says asses your tolerance I would recommend only taking two per serving. Many times your body does not get use to the feeling for about a week. Thats when the jitters, if you get them, start to kick in. I have def seen results FROM THIS PRODUCT. If you are serious take it just be careful..

I'm 6'0 and weighed 215lbs. before taking Atro-Phex. One week later, I have lost 13 pounds! I take the maximum of 4 pills twice daily with the recommended lean protein/complex carbs diet. The pills taste GREAT. With my meals I take cheaters, and on workout days only, I drink syntha-6. These three products coombined have delivered FAST and NOTICABLE results. You have to drink plenty of water and eat 30 mins after taking it or you will feel sick. My body doesn't normally respond to these things, but I must say A-P REALLY WORKS. One week, 13 pounds lighter! And I feel great everyday because of this. The focus part of the pills truly work, as I have never been so focused on my workouts...EVER! I highly recommend this product!

Unless you have a buddy that has tried these, and is raving about what little miracles they are, then I would advise you to stay well away. I am 38 years old, 5' 8" and 200 pounds (which is 15 pounds over my most comfortable, fittest weight) with a body fat level at 21%. My exercise regimen consists mostly of 40 minute daily walks with my dog and light weight lifting. After 1 month on Atro-Phex at 6 pills a day, I am now 204 pounds with a body fat at 23%! Yes, my weight and fat percentage have actually gone up! Nasty artificial cinnamon burps for hours after taking the caps. Mild nausea I've experimented with lots of supplements, vitamin-packs, protein powders and meal replacement bars from my university going days to now at the edge of turning 40. Only when I overdosed on creatine (and all the cramps and diarrhea that come along with doing that) had I felt anything as unpleasant as using these things.

About 3 days in to using this product, I began having weird dreams, often violent. While it could be something else, it has been consistent every night when I am on atro-phex. I know everyone has a different reaction, but just thought I would throw that out there.

I have 4 kids with the latest being twins age 2, I work a full time job and have an entire family, business and social life to keep up with. I found myself weighing an unhealthy 190 lbs at 5'3". The only product in the past that would work for me were the ones that were banned for containing ephedra. I researched atro-phex and figured I would give it a try. I began taking it on Sat 2/9 at 164lbs and today 2/15 I am 157. That is a beatiful feeling! The bulge on my stomach from babies is noticeably smaller and I really feel great. I got headaches maybe one day and just increased my water intake. They have found a lifetime member. I'm sure I wont need the product that often after I reach my goal, but in the event either way I would definitely be back to what I know works. I really thank the creators!!!!

be careful...does have some strange side effects, such as intense body heat and sweating, very dry eyes and has caused a rash on my face. Will have to stop using it, but it's too bad, because it really does work - shreds fat and tightens your muscles, for sure....use at your own risk !

I have diabetes and hypothyroidism...with that said im 6'4 240 and i decided to try this product because im stacking other bsn products...so far i can actually tell it has helped as far as mental and physical attributes...my insulin consumption has decreased...im seeing myself use less insulin and my blood sugars are staying well within limits and below 150...i feel more focused and ready to take on the world...GREAT PRODUCT!!!!

Its been 5 days so far and lost 5 pounds already. Great energy no crash after. I recommend 2 per serving twice a day for good results. Make sure you eat 30-45 min after or you will feel sick. Great stuff!!!
