This product will work. However, be careful... this is a very potent STIMULUS. Like everything that burns fat it is a stimulus. So different people are effected differently. DO NOT take this and a pre work out. This has crazy energy... when i take a pre work out i feel like im up all night. On top of that your blood pressure will rise. Even though it says asses your tolerance I would recommend only taking two per serving. Many times your body does not get use to the feeling for about a week. Thats when the jitters, if you get them, start to kick in. I have def seen results FROM THIS PRODUCT. If you are serious take it just be careful..

Unless you have a buddy that has tried these, and is raving about what little miracles they are, then I would advise you to stay well away. I am 38 years old, 5' 8" and 200 pounds (which is 15 pounds over my most comfortable, fittest weight) with a body fat level at 21%. My exercise regimen consists mostly of 40 minute daily walks with my dog and light weight lifting. After 1 month on Atro-Phex at 6 pills a day, I am now 204 pounds with a body fat at 23%! Yes, my weight and fat percentage have actually gone up! Nasty artificial cinnamon burps for hours after taking the caps. Mild nausea I've experimented with lots of supplements, vitamin-packs, protein powders and meal replacement bars from my university going days to now at the edge of turning 40. Only when I overdosed on creatine (and all the cramps and diarrhea that come along with doing that) had I felt anything as unpleasant as using these things.

About 3 days in to using this product, I began having weird dreams, often violent. While it could be something else, it has been consistent every night when I am on atro-phex. I know everyone has a different reaction, but just thought I would throw that out there.

I have 4 kids with the latest being twins age 2, I work a full time job and have an entire family, business and social life to keep up with. I found myself weighing an unhealthy 190 lbs at 5'3". The only product in the past that would work for me were the ones that were banned for containing ephedra. I researched atro-phex and figured I would give it a try. I began taking it on Sat 2/9 at 164lbs and today 2/15 I am 157. That is a beatiful feeling! The bulge on my stomach from babies is noticeably smaller and I really feel great. I got headaches maybe one day and just increased my water intake. They have found a lifetime member. I'm sure I wont need the product that often after I reach my goal, but in the event either way I would definitely be back to what I know works. I really thank the creators!!!!

be careful...does have some strange side effects, such as intense body heat and sweating, very dry eyes and has caused a rash on my face. Will have to stop using it, but it's too bad, because it really does work - shreds fat and tightens your muscles, for sure....use at your own risk !

I have diabetes and hypothyroidism...with that said im 6'4 240 and i decided to try this product because im stacking other bsn products...so far i can actually tell it has helped as far as mental and physical attributes...my insulin consumption has decreased...im seeing myself use less insulin and my blood sugars are staying well within limits and below 150...i feel more focused and ready to take on the world...GREAT PRODUCT!!!!

I have tried other thermogenics and none of them have started showing affects in just 3 days. In 2 weeks of using the product I had friends telling me that I looked noticeably slimmer and healthier. Make sure you're drinking a lot of water and get at least one gram of protein for every pound you weigh to ensure you don't burn off your muscle (i.e. if you weigh 200lbs consume 200 grams of protein daily). I had no crash effects and my mood truly was enlightened. I definitely recommend using this product and doing a High Intensity Training routine with it for both muscle gain and fat drop at the same time.

The product worked well when controling my appetite. However, at the same time I am trying to put on mass, so this is not a good thing as we all know in order to gain mass you must up your calorie intake. After about three weeks of use I began to experience SEVERE headaches. I wasn't quite sure what it was so I began eliminating certain things from my daily routine, including things in my diet and daily activities. When I eliminated the Atro-Phex, my headaches went away. A coworker expressed interest in the product, so I gave him what I had left of the Atro-Phex. After one week of use, he began to feel similar headache symptoms. He stopped using the Atro-Phex, and has not experiences the symptoms since.

This pills have work for me!, I am 5'9" was 190 after 2 weeks am 175. You do have to eat like clock work at 25 to 30 min if not you will trow up! between 3 pills 2 times aday and 3 scoops of no explode I can do 3 hours of cardio non stop and have lift foe 4 hours at the end of work out I fell like I did not do anything!, remember not everybody reacts the same to anything, this pills simply r not for everybody!, I recomend them but is up to the individual to c if they will work on him. take care guys!

I have used numerous weight loss supplements in the past with varying success. I have focused on weight training with plenty of cardiovascular activity this past year without the aide of a weight loss product. I have lost 65lbs of fat. I went from a 38-40in waist to a healthy 32-34in. I decided to try this product to push through a plateau. I like this product very much. I had read many reviews saying that this product made people too hot. I do not find that to be the case. Atro-Phex makes me feel good and I have definitely noticed tighter skin, deeper cuts and plenty of energy without the jitters. I am a fan of this product, but like any other supplements I am sure that cycling will make this more effective in the long run. Drink tons of water... People have complained of headaches. This is because they have not consumed enough water.

I bought this product shortly after it came out and within two days I had lost 3 pounds. It was water weight of course, but it was nice to see something that works fast. After 8 weeks, 3 boxes, and an intense training regiment I lost 20 pounds. 225 lbs to 205 lbs. My lowest was 202. I train in MMA and was scheduled to fight at 185. It turned out that I would be fighting at 205 and that was my walking weight. It has been 4 weeks since I cycled off of AP and I am just starting to gain some size. It really regulated my metabolisim. I work at a nutrition store and it is the only weight-loss product that has not been returned for some reason. Stick to 2 pills/ 2x a day for a week, then go to 3 2x a day. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. Only side effect I saw was weight loss, vascularity, energy, focus, and the occasonal plateu breaker.

This is the first weight loss pill I have ever tried. I was recommended to try by a man who weighed 400+lbs and now is down to a little over 200lbs. Seeing (via picture) and hearing that made me really excited about it. I am about halfway through my first box and I must say that it's a great energy booster. It doesn't make you "crash".If you do not eat 30min after taking, it WILL make you throw up! It has happened to me multiple times. I really feel undecided about it because I am going to the gym 4-5 times a week for at least an hour a time and I'm eating right on a regular basis with limited cheats and can't tell if the pill is helping me lose weight or am I just losing the weight. I'm 22 yrs old 5'8" starting at 303lbs and after 3 weeks I'm down to 286lbs.

I think it worked for me, but truth be told, I've regulated my diet pretty well, worked out 3 days a week, play rugby 3 days a week, so who's to say its not just the cardio. I did feel the effects when I first started taking it, when I worked my way up from the initial dosage of 1 pill to the maximum of 4. I did have to work my way up initially. However, once I got to my second box, I stopped feeling it so much.I think it definitely helped me out a bit. Just not sure if prolonged use will do much good.

I have used several fat burners including Hydroxycut, xenadrine, and lipo 6. This does a great job at suppressing your hunger and increasing your mental focus. I never experienced "jitters" other fat burners can give you from the amount of caffeine that they contain. Overall I would give it a B+.

I think the product is pretty good. I have tried a few fat burners and felt nothing. This has made me sick until i ate on a few occasions. It has done a great job with appetite suppression and increases my body temperature. At least I feel hotter. I combined 3 pills of Nitrix and 3 pills of Atro and had a weird reaction. I had a headache, my heart was racing and my pupils dialated. It went away and I've been fine since. I weigh 175 lbs and I am 5'9". It works, but with anything like this be careful to check your tolerances before you go to higher doses.

Not sure about this stuff... It kind of kills my hunger, and keeps me awake.. But, its made me sick on a few times... And has made me not wanna workout... Also, if you are out side in the sun, plan to be sweaty. I cant say this stuff is worth it. Id rather spend the money on NO or Nitrix.
