I tired this product for about a month. Then got off it for a month i couldnt tell a difference at all. My recovery was the same, size, or strength did not change. Yah i had little pumps once in a while. That was about it. This product is not worth the money at all. I defiently dont recommend it. I suggest trying NO-XPLODE by BSN that is worth the money

i used a whole bottle of cell mass, it deff helped my recovery and i got decent pumps, but it didnt really help my strenght or size which is what i was looking for...

I tried this product after using NO-Xplode alone for a while, and this only intensified the effect. My recovery was really fast, and the pump after lifting lasted for the rest of the day. I did not expereince any side effects from this product.
