of about 4-5 brands i've tried, celltech is by far the best creatine i've used. the orange cream and fruit punch are better tasting than any supplement i've ever tasted, especially when mixing with supercold water. some water retention and blaoting occurred, but nothing more than all the others. best buy for the money i've found in creatine

i used cell tec with the nitro tech stack the summer of junior year for football training and i really think it works in 2 months my bench went from 240 to 270 and my squat from 290 to 340! i stoped taking after those two months because it tastes like ASS absolutely HORRIBLE but it really does work if you have the dicipline... i graduated now and im just now like at 315 in bench so ive defenetly slowed down on the gains when i stoped taking it

I have interminably used all sorts of creatines. I have to say that cell-tech hardcore is bomb. I have used reagular cell-tech and low carb cell-tech on and off for over 5 years...i have tried other supps, but they did not give me the huge pumps and the gains that stay with you like cell-tech. So here i am with cell-tech hardcore..it is truely better than the original, it just stepped up my game. I know alot of people post that cell-tech or cell-tech hardcore does nothing for them; maybe it doesnt! or maybe you dont have a long history of working out or your a new-comer, you cant expect miracles if you dont have a heavy duty routine. It works!

I tried Celltech Hardcore for the second time with better results. I've gotten stronger with most of my compound exercises. I find myself increasing my bench press every week by about 5 or 10 pounds. If I'm not ready to increase the weight, than I find myself completing more reps. I honestly don't know if these results have come from Celltech Hardcore or from my intense training. I'm following an Arnold-like training split so it might just be the training that has caused me to make such gains. In addition, I switched to regular Creatine Monohydrate after completing my cycle of Celltech Hardcore and realized that I'm still making the same gains. I guess I've come to the same conclusion as before: Celltech hardcore is mediocre.

I had purchased Cell Tech Hardcore about a week ago, and just finished my loading stage. I work out about 6 days a week with Cell Tech Hardcore, and already after using if for a week, I am seeing small yet significant gains. My muscles are starting to get defined and really gain mass to them. I will continue to use Cell Tech Hardcore, and hope for the best out of this product.

I used the original Cell-Tech about 3 years ago for a few months and it worked pretty good. Strength went up, got a little bigger, good stuff. I just recently started using Cell-Tech hardcore and after finishing 4 weeks, I must say it worked better than the original, specifically it was made me stronger, and bigger more quickly, combined with a high protein diet. On the expensive side, but sites such as prosource.net and muscleoutlet.com have great prices on many top products. Absolutley worth trying, give it a minimum of 6 weeks. Great stuff i will continue my use

I tried Celltech Hardcore about two months ago. I was only on it for about a month. It wasn't an outstanding product like Muscletech makes it seem. However, it did get the job done. It gave me strength and it helped me develop some more mass. The fruit punch flavor tastes really good. Overall, Celltech Hardcore is pretty good but not the best. I'm going to try it again and then I'll post another review about it.

I tried this product for 2 weeks. I gained wieght, but felt completely bloated. Not the sort of weight I was trying to gain. I switched to Cell-Tech from cell mass because of poor results, and now I'm pretty unhappy with both. I do my homework on all products before I purchase, but what workd for one person doen not always work for the next

Cell Tech, just like all other muscle-tech products, is absurd. The Muscle-Tech mentality is if you take more, you will yield greater results (such as Hydroxycut recommending up to 40 times the recommended safe dosage of ephedra). One serving of Cell-Tech provides 10g of creatine, 5g is all anyone needs (unless they have a ton of muscle mass). Also the 70+ grams of carbohydrates is extremely unhealthy. Creatine is transported into muscles via insulin. Insulin's job is to breakdown sugars, this is why creatine is recommended to be taken with juice and carbs. When taking it with 70+ grams of carbs an insulin spike occurs and your body's insulin levels are plentiful, hence better creatine absorption. The bad news is the FDA recently stated that insulin spikes are incredibly unhealthy and are a major cause of heart disease. I recommend taking EAS's phosphagen or phosphagen HP for creatine supplementation. Muscle-Tech does however have great protein/meal replacement supplements.

I agree with Joe from Oregon, however, loading stage which is only 5 days, you'll be taking 20g of creatine. It's a bit much, but it's a tremendous jump start you'll need. Once that's complete, you go into maintenance stage which is then 10g of creatine. Sure it's a bit much and yes that's a high amount of carbs, however, if you do a strenuous workout, and I mean strenuous as in 2+ hr workout (or total body workout), then the muscles become hungry and that 'spike' is essentially then. Otherwise, doing a 20 min workout or less than an 1, 5g of creatine will do it. So depends if you want to mass up fast, I reccommend cell tech right off, stick with it for few weeks, and then taper down to a reasonable level. Your body will adjust and it will get used to the shock, and then, take it easy. Too much creatine will kill your kidneys and theres no reason to do that. Be sensible, and you'll be fine. Good deal!

I have been using cell tech for about 3 weeks now and have noticed pretty good gains with it, I take 1 scoop of it after my workout then 45 min. later I take 2 scoops of nitro tech...its been working pretty good.
