Product Claims
CREAKIC represents the culmination of many years of research into identifying and solving the one critical problem every regular creatine pill has failed to address - Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS). Elevated levels of ROS in the muscle cells short-circuit the creatine transport process to the extent that, collectively, they can limit creatine uptake by your muscles. No other creatine pill to date has been engineered to scavenge ROS and combat their negative effects on your muscle growth. However thanks to the Team MuscleTech multimillion-dollar research budget and the medical doctor-led Team MuscleTech research group, CREAKIC is the world's first and only muscle creatine receptor hyperactivator formulated to deliver greater muscle growth by attacking and neutralizing ROS. This deactivation creates an optimal cellular environment for muscle creatine absorption and muscle cell repair, helping you to make explosive gains in muscle and strength with weight training. The Formula - CREAKIC is a unique, molecularly engineered, complex form of creatine chemically known as creatine-6,8-thioctic acid-ketoisocaproic acid calcium. Regular creatine pills, such as creatine ethyl ester, can only produce average results at best because of their inability to neutralize ROS. That is why CREAKIC is superior. Its muscle creatine transport hyperactiviation complex helps create dramatic changes in your muscle size, strength, and performance. The Science - Team MuscleTech researchers were not satisfied until enough research was completed to ensure CREAKIC would make all regular creatine pills a thing of the past. Thanks to CREAKIC and its ability to neutralize ROS, bodybuilders are now able to maximize their muscle-and strength-building potential. Creakic review. Muscle Tech.

Creakic twice a day and Black Powder before I workout is doing the trick. I have gained muscle, but people must remember to be consistent with excercise and diet! This product works!

Temporary mass gains, strength in question

19 Jan 2008 - Sean of Ohio, USA writes:

(165 lb. ecto/mesomorph) I bought a bottle of Creakic a little while ago and I consistently take it with Professional Strength Creatine (for the morning, "Six Star"), Hydroxycut Hardcore (Muscletech), Super Amino 3000 (Body Fortress), 100% Premium Whey Protein (Body Fortress), and Mega Man Sport (GNC). I've noticed immediate gains in mass (mostly biceps), but I'm not sure if there's any strength value to it. It also makes my veins pop out less (which is weird, and undesired), so I'm not sure if it was worth it. Also, word to the wise, do not run or anything before you workout and take the Creakic because it made my calves look fatter than they should.

Don't work for me

9 Dec 2007 - Tan of New York, USA writes:

This product didn't work for me. I used it for 1 month. I took as instructed. I did not feel any difference at all. But 1 warning is that you must really take alot alot of water if are taking this product. There was a few day which I didn't take enough water, I got dehydrated really bad. If you are looking for creatin, you should go for the power.

Ok I guess

5 Nov 2007 - Sam of Indiana, USA writes:

This stuff is alright, I'm not a big fan of anything in pill form. It gives you a small boost in strength but nothing to get excited about. If you're going to go with creatine, go Cell-Tech Hardcore. I have a buddy who's seeing awesome gains with that stuff (i'm using a Sci Fit creatine called Kre-Alkalyn, there's no reviews for it on this site). Creakic is in Cell-Tech Hardcore, but by itself in pill form it's nothing spectacular. You'd be better off spending that money elsewere

Im loving it

28 Oct 2007 - Luke of Queensland, Australia writes:

First of all im 17, 6,3' and 74kgs (165 pounds). Ive been training on the weights for about 3 months now. In my 2nd month of training I started using some Whey protine and some cheap creatine, and saw basicly no results. I started looking some somthing that was going give me good results on its own and I settled on Creakic. Ive been using it for just over 2 weeks now and Im loving it. Ive put on about 2kgs (5 pounds) and my arms are knowtisbly bigger and more defined, and my max dumbell bench press has gone from 25kgs on each side to 30! Im able to lift mroe wieght on all my exercises and do more reps and a few more sets, and my musscles feel like they could be trained again after 2-3 days. Ive taking 3 caps either 1 hour befor breakfast and 3 straight afer a work out. Along with a high protine, low carb diet.

Pretty mediocre

5 Oct 2007 - Nick of California, USA writes:

I have been taking this product for about a month and a half now, taking as recommended in the morning and after workout, on an empty stomach, also combining it with NO-Xplode, chugging down protein shakes with every meal, and probably more than a gallon of H2O a day. I have problems gaining weight cuz my metabolism is incredibly fast. I started out weighing 138 and now I'm 144. I have to say that I put up a little more on my bench, and had dramatic increases with weighted dips and pull-ups.It just seems that I recover a lot quicker than usual, and I'm gaining lean mass. After 2 days of rest I can go back and do the same excercise although I don't because I focus on different muscle groups. Overall, I'm 19, and would recommend getting this because it helps with recovery. Just drink lots of water everyday!

Product was good but had some side effects...

23 Aug 2007 - Mike of California, USA writes:

I'm 19 and i started stacking creakic creatine with no-xplode at the beginning of this month. I noticed a difference but not that significant. Bench went up from 200 to 225. Overall these products work good and i notice a difference but at the same time i got stomach problems from either or. It wasn't too bad but i had to go to the bathroom a lot. Drink lots and lots of water... this stuff dehydrates you like no other. i got this for 35.00 on ebay so i'd reccomend it for the price. -Mike

Like flushing $60 down the toilet

14 Aug 2007 - Jeff of New York, USA writes:

I'm on my second bottle of what claims to be "the most powerful creatine pill in existance" and i am left unsatisfied. I took the horse pills as recommended, 2 servings a day of 3 pills, and i got little to no results. The first bottle i recieved for free from my friend whos wife didnt want him taking it, and i was so excited that i bought a 2nd bottle for $60 at []. I used up both bottles, a 2 month cycle, and got nothing out of it. The ONLY Muscletech products that are effective are Nito-Tech and Cell-Tech. Otherwise try BSN or MRI. Thanks, Jeff

works great

19 May 2007 - Frank of North Carolina, USA writes:

ive always just used one thing at a time, but when i bought the creakic i stacked it with gakic, aplodan, nano vapor, and i was taking mass tech for my weight gainer/protein. i was 150lbs, and in almost two months i put on 26 pounds of muscle, thats no bull shit. i have pictures that i was going to send to muscletech, but i want to get up to 200lbs first. its crazy because i have never had gains like this before. i used the cell mass with the no-xplode for forever and only gained five pounds. these muscletech products really helped me to break through my plateau. i work out four days a week(real heavy), my diet is right, and all i drink is water which doesnt hurt with these products.

I think it actually works well

16 May 2007 - Patrick of Ohio, USA writes:

My endurance was great but i was unhappy with the weight i was putting up (I wanted more). I found Creakic and i was skeptical at first but i did buy it. It was in the winter of 2006-2007 and i was working out often but not as much as i usually do because of college so i began to get lazier and eat more while i was taking the product. I began to increase in strength but i wasn't sure it was that i had more stored energy or the Creakic. I came off the product and tried thermoGAIN which was great because i was going into lacrosse season, after i used that all up i thought i'd give creakic another shot and since i was in lacrosse season i was eating right and maintaining my shape and once i started taking Creakic again my size increased slightly but my strength skyrocketed with hard work and effort.

Not too bad

4 May 2007 - Dorian of New York, USA writes:

I'm 17 and weigh only about 160 lbs. about done with my first month supply. Since most of us look at ourselves every single day it's hard to tell if the product is making us bigger or not. But my brother had come home 3 weeks after i started taking creakic he said wtf how did you get so big. My bench went from 5 reps of 185 to 5 reps of 215 about last week slowly but surely this stuff works

I love this stuff

27 Nov 2006 - Andrew of New Brunswick, Canada writes:

First off I do have to say not everyone will get the same results (good or bad). That being said I had great results with Creakic, I have just finished my month supply and the gains I got even surprised me, unlike a couple of others that posted here, I got better gains from Creakic than the powder form (like I said everyone is different).

Good results

5 Nov 2006 - Larry of Virginia, USA writes:

I have taken Creakic for 2 months as directed with plenty of water. I started at 138 pounds and am now at 156 pounds and doubled in terms of weight lifted and tripled in weight on some exercises. I have used Cell-Tech in the past and experienced similar results but had to load and mix. I like the pill form. I also have harder muscles with Creakic vice puffier muscles that you get with the powder. I think if you take lots of water and use the proper dosage.....good creatine is good creatine and you can't really buy too many other things that actually give you noticeable results and work. Lots of hypes in a bottle out there. Creatine works!!

Badly reviewed by other users

4 Nov 2006 - Robert of Georgia, USA writes:

I would just like to say that this product in terms of ingredients does not suck in any way, shape, or form. The way these reviewers are taking it is probably canceling most of its effect. You need to take this stuff on 2-3 hours of an empty stomach for good results, otherwise food will interfere incedibly. I however would recomend taking a NO2/l-arginine product plus creatine monohydrate about 45 minutes later. Please note that all products like these work best on an empty stomach.

Not Effective...yet.

24 Oct 2006 - Joe of Oregon, USA writes:

I have been taking Creakic for three weeks now according to the recommended dose. I have not experienced or seen any positive changes in my lifts or muscle growth. The creatine ethyl-esther and monohydrate that I have used in the past had produced greater gains and quicker recovery time than this product, at a third of the price. I intend on returning the product in exchange for something else.
