With all the new creatine's out there Monohydrate gets a bad rep for not being up to standards. Forget that. This product produces and really makes you dollar go a long way. In iraq i gained 10lbs of pure muscle and all my lifts were up dramatically. So if you want to gain some muscle and get more bang for you buck, up your protein lift consistently and supplement creatine monohydrate!
