Product Claims
Creatine plays an important role in the transfer of energy. In the muscle, it is used to fuel the process of contraction. It is converted to phosphocreatine which is important for short energy bursts such as sprinting and weightlifting. Depletion of phosphocreatine can result in muscular fatigue and fading muscle power. Each capsule provides 700 mg of creatine monohydrate.

Supplement Reviews

Not bad

4 Mar 2008 - Kit of North Carolina, USA writes:

I was benching 260 at the start of my junior year. I decided to go about intergrating supplements into my workout routine. I would mix the required dosage of amino fuel into a simple protein shake 2-3 times a day and I took this creatine just like the instructions read. Now combined with my bench routine I worked my way up to 315 in half the school year (one semester). 260-315 isnt to bad in that short period of time. I'd say it's one of the best creatine PILLS on the market. Especially for the money. It worked alot better than creakic.

I started using this product halfway through my freshmen year of highschool, i used it from middle of freshmen year, to the end of my sophomore year.   Roughly a little over a years supply, which would be like 6 bottles or so.  I found this brand of creatine to be quiet descent, my muscles increased in size quiet a bit, and i found my workouts to last longer, and be more fulfilling.  I would reccommend this product to anyone who would like to begin using creatine, or just to try it out, it is worth the money.
