This product is meant to be taken with a healthy diet. that does not in no means mean that you do not eat during the day if you take this product and feel strange try eating ...meals .... a cup of food or less at each sitting 6 times per day, granted if you can find the time...and not after 6pm healthy eating is of the utmost importance for a well balanced diet. Exercise is not a requirement but increases your chances of a faster fat burn...However you don not have to have a vigorous exercise regime to achieve the results desired. Results? From 217 to 213 in four days no odd feels no side effects (remember curtain ingredients work definitely on each person) This may not be the best supplement for you... Three years after the birth of my son I couldn't take the weight off.Tired all the time, unhappy with the way I look. Had my thyroid tested and hoped that was the answer. It wasn't. I figured I'd give the supplement road another try. I opened the bottle in the car on the way home about 11 am. By 2 pm something was happening. I wasn' ready to nap with my son, didnt share in his afternoon snack. I was impressed (cautiously). After 4 days fatigue was waning,hunger was controllable to the point my meals were smaller and my desire to snack is a few of something where it would usually be handfulls. After 5 days Im less tired, less bloated, more optomistic that I can conquer my weight loss demon. Ive lost 3 pounds. 145 at thyroid test to 142 5 days later. This makes me Very Happy Thanks!

I know there are alot of skeptical people out there who believe the only successful weight loss pill is the one you pay an arm and a leg for. Untrue!! I used Dexatrim Max today and it really curbed my appetite. The price is too good to not at least give it a try.

I tired this product for about a month. I didn't feel any change in my appetite whatsoever, and it made me feel...strange. That's the only way I know how to describe it...I wouldn't advise this for anyone.
