I've been using this for almost a month. It gives me energy, not superwoman kind, but normal energy that I didn't have to begin with. I've been able to do crunches and walk without stopping at every park bench to rest. However, it makes me ravenous which I'm not understanding at all. I lost three pounds the first two weeks but gained four back from the two whole apple pies with brown sugar and butter I spread on them, pint of ice cream and bag of chips ahoy I love having this new energy and hoping the cravings will go away as my body adjusts. I don't feel any changes like jitters and shakes at all. I just feel like a normal active 43 year old, instead of the couch potato I've been. mmm! so bittersweet.

i have been taking dexatrim natural for about 3 weeks now and have seen better results with it than anything else that i have taken. i have lost 4 lbs in 3 weeks and have probably lost about 4 inches or more off of my belly.When i first started taking it i literally look4ed like i did when i was pregnant with my last child, now i dont look pregnant anymore
