I was a die hard vitamin world fanatic, when I was introduced to Double X. It was appealing because of the quality of materials and the manufacturing, so I took it for a year, I was not impressed one bit. Then I sat in a nutrition class and they told me if I was not taking it twice a day, like I was exposed to, that I might as well quit taking it. That kind of floored me, so I did it, and oh my gosh did it make a difference. First day difference, of coarse I didn't believe it at first, but now 6 months later I am sold.
