I have been using this product on a regular basis as directed for about a month and a half and absolutly love it. I took a very bad fall 9 months ago and have been using percocet regularly for pain management. This has led to increadible bouts of constipation (lasting up to 9 nine days)...nothing helped...since using this product within in on dose i was regular... it was a god send... we gave it to a family member with a similar situation and she had the same results as i did...overall I feel much healthier..it realy is terific stuff...i had better results with the powder than the capsuls and would recomend using some sort of electric hand mixer to stir....it taste pretty good as well
