I found this to give me energy however sometimes had trouble getting to sleep at night. Sometimes it made me too hyper and I was tired from a faster heartbeat. So if you are prone to a faster heart beat which I am. I would not take this product. I cannot say anything about weight loss for I could not take it long enough to know.
