Im wondering why this stuff is so expensive. I like some muscletech stuff but i felt ripped off after i left the gym this time. Its definately not the biggest breakthrough in bodybuilding or whatever the claim says. Im getting tired of all their ridiculous sales pitches. Anyway, I tried it and felt just as fatigued as I normally would during my sets. I had a couple good sets on bench press when i started and i thought i felt like it might have been working but then halfway through my routine (about 30 min.) i felt lethargic and spaced out. No intensity at all. Might combine it with black powder next time and see what happens but gakic by itself is utterly worthless in my opinion.

The first time i used gakic i was impressed. It really did work but after day 3 or 4 everything was back to normal. I couldn't go haevier or longer in the gym anymore. What a waste of money. So i wouldn't recomend it. Rather go for a pre workout supplement like NO Xplode. It worked so much better!!

I'm not a bodybuilder or weightlifter, I'm a marathon runner and this is my opinion about this product. Gakic is a supermolecule composed of glycine bonded to Arginine Ketoisocaproate acid. These aminoacids enhances nitric oxide production and glycine remove lactic acid of exercising muscles so you can recover better. I used this product before a half-marathon to prove it. My best time in half-marathon prior to using this product was 1:59 (9:10 per mile) and by mile 11 i feel my legs very tired and fatigued. After only using this product 60 minutes before a half marathon I ran 1:43 (7:53 per mile), a 17 minute improvement without training, only using this product to eliminate fatigue. I don't feel leg fatigue and finished strong. My recommendation for runners: Use it 60-75 minutes before an important race and stack it with green tea, quercetin and a B-vitamin complex.

gakic is really a good product ...for the first couple of days then its just average...i took it the first time and before i did 225 3 times on my first day of gakic i did it 7 so ithink it really worked...then in weeks two and 3 i was back to about 4 or 5 reps at 225 so i think your body get used to it...i reccomend taking it with a redline type supplemnt for a little pump it seemed to keep me motivated and focused during my lift

I stack gakic with mri black powder. Let me tell you i am 6 foot 3 and weigh 205. Since i started 2 months ago. I put on 2 inches on my arms, 2 inches on my chest, and got a very good horse shoe tricep going. I will never stop buying this product. Just make sure you only take it on training days. I took it and fell asleep before the gym and it made me vomit when i woke up.

Muscletech is the kick of making advertisements to sucker you into buying expensive supplements that dont work. i bought gakic and stacked it with leukin and saw no gains. however, i have friends who found gakic was the real deal. so before you blow 60+ bones on a bottle of this stuff, try some before you make the committment. keep in mind it works for some and does nothing for others.

gakic is ok. it is not worth the price whatssoever though. i have taken many different products and i tried gakic expecting to get the results as advertised but didnt even come close. maybe the stack system muscletech has works good but gakic by itself is nothing special.

Im a soldier currently deployed in support of OEF VIII. I use Gacik, nitro and cell tech, I go to the gym atleast 4 days a week. Just two months ago I was maxing out my chest press at 280 pounds, now that Ive been working out and using these supplements Ive gained more muscle mass and an excellent frame. I chest press 365 pounds now up to 8 times, your muscles dont get fatigued so Im at the gym for two to three hours lifting very heavy sets.

gakic is one of the most immediate products i have ever used and i immediately noticed an increase in strength i was curling the 85 lb dumbells at my max and immediately went to the 115's like it was nothing and i also went from working out for 1 hour to 4 hours without feeling tired at all. i left the gym feeling like i did not even work out. awesome product.

Tonight was the first time that I tried Gakic and I am extremely impressed with the results. I took Gakic about 45 minutes before I hit the weights and right before I got into the gym, I downed a serving of MRI Black Powder. Once both of them kicked in I felt like I was on fire. I was pumping out more reps with higher weights (more than normal with just Black Powder). I felt a rush of energy on the way to the gym and while I was there I was incredibly focused and ripped out my routine without any painful fatigue. MuscleTech his a grand slam with this product! Try stacking this w/ MRI Black Powder and you wont be disappointed.

I've been weight training since the late 80's and I've tried tons of performance enhancing supplements legal and illegal. Inosine, tryptophan, andro and many of the major brand supplements. As a former competitive bodybuilder,Mr. Central Pennsylvania I know what works and what doesn't. Muscletech products work. I've used the Celltech with great results, the 7 lbs in 9 days claim was true for me, Gakic, more power and reps and now Leukic. I've only used it once before on workout days only with size and definition increases. I now am taking it every day during this training phase and will report my results. For over the counter stuff you can't beat it. There is alot of garbage out there from irreputable companies taking peoples money. Used to be you could buy what they call the Supplement Review at []. It was helpful to the novice to get results without wasting money.

1st time i used Gakic i felt it rush into my body, i was doing chest and i felt my muscles increase in strengh.I worked out chest again on thursday of tht same week and i was able to push out 10 reps of 225,i could have done 15 reps but my set was to stop at 10 reps.B4 i was on Gakic i was only able to do 225 for 5 reps so it gave me strength to do more reps. I also did triceps nd the pump i got was awesome like my muscles were going to tear out of my skin. Gakic got me up to reppin 150 on the tricep push dwn, i did 10 but i culd hav done 15 or even 20 but my set was to stop at 10 reps. Iam only 180 pounds and Gakic has worked for me. Ive had tremendous gains with Gakic and Aplodan stacked.Stack Gakic and Aplodan with good protein for excellent strngth and mass gains.

I first took Gakic about three years ago. I was not really an avid lifter, I was 15 and could bench about 175-180 as a one-rep max. My friend who I lifted with had bought some Gakic and we decided to try it out. We started to lift about 20 mins after taking the pills, and the results were amazing. My bench press went from a one-rep max of 180 to bench pressing 215 three times with much more ease. I highly recommend this product to anyone considering it.

I used this product in attempting to add reps and hopefully mass to my physique. I got NOTHING out of the big bucks I paid for it. I would not reccommend it to anyone and I won't waste any more of my hard earned dollars on it again. The ads made it sould great - it's not!!

I used Gakic in the pill form, and it really added an extra couple of reps to every workout I did. I did not feel fatigued at all after my workout which is never the case. I recommened the use of this product.

Wow, bought this as part of a musclebuilding stack and I thought "wow, this is a massive dose of stuff (6 pills a dose!) must do something" to be honest, I noticed no difference in my workout. I couldn't get in any of the "extra reps" and didn't feel any less fatigued. Don't waste your money. If you're gonna go muscletech, use their powdered supplements.

GAKIC didn't work for me - at all. It could be because I had come to a plateau and nothing was going to get me past it, but I'm just saying GAKIC did absolutely nothing for me. Don't waste your money.

I bought Gakic a while back and noticed just a tiny little bit of a difference so I stopped buying it. Last month I bought it again and this time I stacked it with creatine (which never has done anything for me) and Anator 70. In 3 weeks I can bench 25 months more (300 instead of 275). I am 5 pounds heavier but my arms and chest is more cut and bulkier. I am 46, 6'-2" 200 pounds with 12.8% body fat. I only take this stuff on the days I work out (4 times a week) and take only vitamins the other 3 days that I do not work out. Trust me give it a shot and it works. Remember muscle cells have a memory and you need to re-program them.Break the barrier by lifting heavier, use a spotter and you will surpised what you can do.
