Overstated but does work

12 Sep 2009 - Johan of n/a, Norway writes:

Tried Gakic , stacked with Leukic, first time yesterday. Took half recomended dose 30 minutes pre workout. I don' think this product give any direct power. I could not force out more reps or lift heavier. It improved my pump (having a pump when warming up with bech presses are not standard fare), and that will of course inspire some extra effort. In my opininon Gacik can be of some use to bodybuilders for the obvous effect it has on blood transport to the muscle, but I'm not sure it will be beneficial to powerlifters. No serious side-effects to speak of, but I did notice some light-headedness in the start of the workout. No insomina as others have reported. Gakic is as supplement with some merit, but steroids it is not!

Gakic Hardcore

24 Apr 2009 - Kyle of Florida, USA writes:

I have only had Gakic hardcore for two days and I have already noticed a difference. I had a hernia repari surgery not long ago that was botched so i lost a lot of strength in my lengthy recovery. I have already been able to push myself to bench 10-15 lbs. more than a couple of days ago with 3-4 more reps, and on my biceps i went up 10 lbs and just did 8 more reps than i usually can on my last set. My only suggestion is that if you're a smaller person (I weigh a buck 55) you might not want to take the full eight pills because it gives me a terrible migraine for about 20 minutes. After the headache I feel like a monster though.

Best pre workout yet

25 Feb 2009 - jesse of Florida, USA writes:

Gakic is the best pre workout available. Before using gakic, I tried NO-explode, and NANO vapor. Both product gave me stomach aches. My buddy told me about Gakic, the first time I used Gakic I was hooked. I got insane workouts, I was so focused I didn't realize I had been at the gym for 3 hours. I've been using this product for at least 4 months. I swear by it. I also got 2 of my other buddys to switch from NO-explode to gakic.

Works very well for me!

1 Feb 2009 - Adam of Idaho, USA writes:

I use gakic and M1-bol 45 and 30 minutes prior to my weight training respectively. Together, I get a very nice pump and long-lasting adrenaline rush that last well throughout my workouts. I have to force myself to leave the gym. I also have a very strict protein and carb diet and take creatine, BCAA, multi-vitamins, and carbo gain immediately after a workout. I don't eat crap and drink at least a gallon of water a day. Basically, I am not sure if the Gakic is making that big of a difference but I do know that it is the only supplement I am taking that has caffein in it. I definitely feel the rush from that and it really gives me intense workouts. My weights constantly go up and my body mass goes up without my waste exploding with fat. I recommend Gakic to guys I talk to at the gym and friend and colleagues. Some people don't like it but you should really give it a try. Oh, buy the pills on-line. They are much cheaper.

pretty damn good

5 Nov 2008 - jaime of Illinois, USA writes:

I'm using Gakic, Leukic, and Creakic all together as a stack and I can't believe that this stuff is legal. I'm going hard in the gym and have to force myself to leave most times. After two hours I still have energy and strength to spare and my body doesn't feel like it's been in a train wreck the next day. Don't know if I'll keep up with them when it's not on sale though roughly $180 is a bit steep. Will probably go back to NO2 when the sale is over (but I'll be back when it returns).

Glorified Caffeine Pill

5 Sep 2008 - Dave of Ontario, Canada writes:

I bought a bottle of this to help me with my weight lifting, as my day job involves a lot of lifting and leaves me tired at the end of it. Each time I used the pills as directed, my muscles would feel weak during my workouts and by the time I would try to go to sleep I was so hepped up from the caffeine in the pills, and unable to sleep and therefore recuperate from the workout. I don't reccomend it for the "weekend warriors" out there, but I could see it working for a full time athlete/trainer.

MMA

8 Aug 2008 - chris of New Jersey, USA writes:

All of you seem to be reviewing Gakic solely on the purpose of weight lifting. I am an amateur mma fighter, though i basically train professionally, 5-6 days per week, 2-4 times a day. i weight lift in the morning but never use gakic for that, i take it before intense training sessions, not every training session, such as sparring or wrestling. after the workouts i leave feeling like i barely worked out or didnt work out at all, compared to before gakic when i felt my body was shot. so i would absolutely reccommend taking gakic for sports related goals.

Did not work for me

28 Jun 2008 - Nate of Iowa, USA writes:

This product did not work for me at all. I sent away for the sample packet from the company for a single serving and was really excited to try it. It had been hyped up a lot in ads at the time and I was expecting it to work. I took all 8 giant sized gray pills about 1/2 hour before hitting the gym. When I arrived at the weight room I felt sick to my stomach and did not feel like working out at all. I attempted a workout and had to call it quits early due to feeling ill and sluggish. I will not take it again, nor recommend it.

Amazing

13 May 2008 - karl of Idaho, USA writes:

Not all products deliver the same results for everyone. But I couldn't belive what this one did for me in the first 2 weeks of use i've put on an average of 40-50lbs on every single one-rep max I have. For instance, tonight in the gym working chest i set new personal records for three different excercises in a row, by the 15th set i still had enough gas to top my weighted dipping max by 20lbs. I've heard others i workout with say it didn't do much for them, but for me all i can say is "wow."

not worth the money

9 May 2008 - John of Illinois, USA writes:

Im wondering why this stuff is so expensive. I like some muscletech stuff but i felt ripped off after i left the gym this time. Its definately not the biggest breakthrough in bodybuilding or whatever the claim says. Im getting tired of all their ridiculous sales pitches. Anyway, I tried it and felt just as fatigued as I normally would during my sets. I had a couple good sets on bench press when i started and i thought i felt like it might have been working but then halfway through my routine (about 30 min.) i felt lethargic and spaced out. No intensity at all. Might combine it with black powder next time and see what happens but gakic by itself is utterly worthless in my opinion.

Don't like it.

7 May 2008 - Bejon of Potchefstroom, South Africa writes:

The first time i used gakic i was impressed. It really did work but after day 3 or 4 everything was back to normal. I couldn't go haevier or longer in the gym anymore. What a waste of money. So i wouldn't recomend it. Rather go for a pre workout supplement like NO Xplode. It worked so much better!!

Best product for marathon runners

29 Apr 2008 - Efrain of Puerto Rico, USA writes:

I'm not a bodybuilder or weightlifter, I'm a marathon runner and this is my opinion about this product. Gakic is a supermolecule composed of glycine bonded to Arginine Ketoisocaproate acid. These aminoacids enhances nitric oxide production and glycine remove lactic acid of exercising muscles so you can recover better. I used this product before a half-marathon to prove it. My best time in half-marathon prior to using this product was 1:59 (9:10 per mile) and by mile 11 i feel my legs very tired and fatigued. After only using this product 60 minutes before a half marathon I ran 1:43 (7:53 per mile), a 17 minute improvement without training, only using this product to eliminate fatigue. I don't feel leg fatigue and finished strong. My recommendation for runners: Use it 60-75 minutes before an important race and stack it with green tea, quercetin and a B-vitamin complex.

7 Apr 2008 - jeff of Ohio, USA writes:

BEST STACK!!!!

31 Mar 2008 - Tony of Illinois, USA writes:

I stack gakic with mri black powder. Let me tell you i am 6 foot 3 and weigh 205. Since i started 2 months ago. I put on 2 inches on my arms, 2 inches on my chest, and got a very good horse shoe tricep going. I will never stop buying this product. Just make sure you only take it on training days. I took it and fell asleep before the gym and it made me vomit when i woke up.

The labels are all talk

14 Mar 2008 - Max of Montana, USA writes:

Muscletech is the kick of making advertisements to sucker you into buying expensive supplements that dont work. i bought gakic and stacked it with leukin and saw no gains. however, i have friends who found gakic was the real deal. so before you blow 60+ bones on a bottle of this stuff, try some before you make the committment. keep in mind it works for some and does nothing for others.

not worth it

12 Mar 2008 - becomming a monster of Ohio, USA writes:

gakic is ok. it is not worth the price whatssoever though. i have taken many different products and i tried gakic expecting to get the results as advertised but didnt even come close. maybe the stack system muscletech has works good but gakic by itself is nothing special.

Just two months ago I was maxing out my chest press at 280 pounds, now that Ive been working out and using these supplements Ive gained more muscle mass and an excellent frame. I chest press 365 pounds now up to 8 times, your muscles dont get fatigued so Im at the gym for two to three hours lifting very heavy sets.
