Gakic really worked for me

30 Dec 2007 - Dustin of Delaware, USA writes:

I first took Gakic about three years ago. I was not really an avid lifter, I was 15 and could bench about 175-180 as a one-rep max. My friend who I lifted with had bought some Gakic and we decided to try it out. We started to lift about 20 mins after taking the pills, and the results were amazing. My bench press went from a one-rep max of 180 to bench pressing 215 three times with much more ease. I highly recommend this product to anyone considering it.

Big waste of Money

27 Dec 2007 - Rick of Indiana, USA writes:

I used this product in attempting to add reps and hopefully mass to my physique. I got NOTHING out of the big bucks I paid for it. I would not reccommend it to anyone and I won't waste any more of my hard earned dollars on it again. The ads made it sould great - it's not!!

Good Stuff

5 Nov 2007 - Rob of New York, USA writes:

I used Gakic in the pill form, and it really added an extra couple of reps to every workout I did. I did not feel fatigued at all after my workout which is never the case. I recommened the use of this product.

All advertising, no substance

5 Nov 2007 - Sam of Indiana, USA writes:

Wow, bought this as part of a musclebuilding stack and I thought "wow, this is a massive dose of stuff (6 pills a dose!) must do something" to be honest, I noticed no difference in my workout. I couldn't get in any of the "extra reps" and didn't feel any less fatigued. Don't waste your money. If you're gonna go muscletech, use their powdered supplements.

BS

28 Oct 2007 - Keith of Michigan, USA writes:

GAKIC didn't work for me - at all. It could be because I had come to a plateau and nothing was going to get me past it, but I'm just saying GAKIC did absolutely nothing for me. Don't waste your money.

Hot Stuff

8 Oct 2007 - Ed of California, USA writes:

I bought Gakic a while back and noticed just a tiny little bit of a difference so I stopped buying it. Last month I bought it again and this time I stacked it with creatine (which never has done anything for me) and Anator 70. In 3 weeks I can bench 25 months more (300 instead of 275). I am 5 pounds heavier but my arms and chest is more cut and bulkier. I am 46, 6'-2" 200 pounds with 12.8% body fat. I only take this stuff on the days I work out (4 times a week) and take only vitamins the other 3 days that I do not work out. Trust me give it a shot and it works. Remember muscle cells have a memory and you need to re-program them.Break the barrier by lifting heavier, use a spotter and you will surpised what you can do.

Worth Every Penny!

5 Sep 2007 - Eric of Alaska, USA writes:

I took the pill form of Gakic that came along with my Jay Cutler Mass Stack and I was blown away by this supplements' ability to actually increase my strength and focus. I felt the results immediately. Great pumps as well. After I ran out of pills I went to [] and bought three tubs of the powder since they are on sale (due to discontinuation) for $40 and buy one get another 1/2 off. Anyways, the powder by itself is not as horrible as people are claiming. It's not great but definitely edible. Also tried mixing it with a fruit punch water bottle single flavor packet and that made it taste great. Anyways, of all the supplements I've taken, only Gakic lived up to the hype.

Wont lift wihout it

27 Aug 2007 - Steve of Arizona, USA writes:

This is probably the best supplement since creatine. The powder does taste bad but the pills are good. You will feel the difference in your first workout.I have not noticed any side effects. Just getting a few extra reps and the weight feels lighter. I will not workout if I do not take this product. Usually your paying for the name but this is worth every penny.

We'll see

27 Jun 2007 - Dave of North Dakota, USA writes:

I've been lifting for nearly 10-11 years now and I have yet to find a supplement that offers consistant gains in strength. There is no subsitute for hard work and the only magic pill for growth is illegal. It's also key to cycle these things...because once you go off the supplement your strength will drop just a bit. If you're thinking about trying this....be warned it tastes like ass. I almost vomited after my first swig.

It Works

8 Jun 2007 - Dan of Ohio, USA writes:

I tried GAKIC for a cycle of 4 weeks. My body, after the first day, was aching. I hadn't even taken a day off. No other supplement I took was able to keep me sore for weeks. It made me go back and get a post-workout supplement

Jury is in

1 Jun 2007 - John of New Jersey, USA writes:

Okay,so after a month, I would say that it does work but, for me at least, it depends on how tired I am when I go to lift.Sometimes I work my back and by the time I go to work my bi's, I'm not hitting the same amount of reps that I did last week, doing the same workout. I did notice that my bench did go up as well as reps on bi's.

It's Worth It

28 May 2007 - Heather of Washington, USA writes:

A woman's perspective. I've used this product on and off for about 9 months. The recommended dose is 8 pills. I've always taken 5 and I still feel the benefit. My weights increased the first time I used it. I use it twice a week and am happy with the results. Be sure you're going to actually workout when you take, else you feel a bit "amped" for a few hours.

Reduced Fatigue

24 May 2007 - Gus of New South Wales, Australia writes:

This product works! I paddle in kayak races and know who I can beat and who I can't. Before one race I took Gakic and my performance was significantly improved. I beat homes guys who I had never beat before and I seemed to have energy left for a final sprint. But as always there is a price to pay and for the rest of the day I was totally burnt out. But thats fine with me.

Extended explosive sparring rounds

Explosiveness in my MMA sparring went from being dead tired at 12 minutes to still being explosive at the end of my 18 minute rotation!

Jury is still out...

1 May 2007 - John of New Jersey, USA writes:

i tried Gakic for the first time last week. i am 42 and just wanted to get in shape before summer. last week i was working my bicepts and back, and i did notice that where i usually end my third set with six reps, this increased to 8 reps on just about every exersice i did. however, the second time i used it, i was tired to begin with, and noticed that not only did i not do my regular sets, but by the third set, i lost a rep. that was only the first two usages, maybe i'll do a write up after the bottle is done.

Gak-krap

18 Apr 2007 - Matt of Texas, USA writes:

1) Tastes horrible 2) Muscles Tech products are overpriced and overrated 3) It will not increase you strength, just take some BCAAs and run do a cardio warm-up before your workout for the same effect.

It work in some ways..

10 Apr 2007 - Steven of Georgia, USA writes:

I used this product while training up for Airborne school because my run was lacking. I took it everyday no matter what the work out was, after 2 weeks or so I could see alittle difference during PT but only with muscular endurance. The product is great for results over a period of time but isnt a quick fix for anything. I dont know if it was in my head or not but in my opinon it hurt my run time, as I went from 1410 2mile to a 1440 over a period of a month. So if you're under the impression I was that you're gonna be superman on a run dont be fooled, Although its good stuff during any muscular endurance it seems to dehydrate too much for effective use while running.

Godsend in a Bottle

3 Apr 2007 - Zach of Pennsylvania, USA writes:

I started bodybuilding 2 years ago and have tried every supplement known to man. My body has now bcome immune to No Xplode and I feel no effects. So I was recommended Gakic by a close friend and I now stack it with No Xplode and NaNOx9 and I feel like I can lift the whole fuckin gym. At first I felt nothing when I took it then after the second week I jacked my bench press up to 155 from 140 and i'm only 135! People who see me think i'm juicing but it's just Gakic. Then after my first month I cycled off to see if anything change and I couldn't even get 1 rep from 155! Gakic is truly amazing and even though it's expensive i'll still be buying it. I would recommend though getting the Pill form as the Powder tends to taste like asshole (good thing they are discontinuing it)

Not so bad

2 Apr 2007 - Tim of New York, USA writes:

So I bought this product on all the claims. I was stuck at benching 245 for sets of 5 After 4 workout days I felt nothing. Than on the 5th day I got 245 easily, bumped up to 255 and got that fairly easily as well. Feel like i get a slight headache, gains are finally showing up though. Drastically lowered fatigue as well.

WOW!

29 Mar 2007 - Matt of Florida, USA writes:

WOW is all i can say. im 16 years old and i only weigh 135. My bench was stuck right at 155 for about two months but my first day on this stuff i hit 165 with exactly the same reps as i was getting. You don't feel crazy, pumped, or urged to lift weights you are just able to do more. Get the pills though, the powder seriously tastes TERRIBLE. When i first tried gakic i thought that my first 8 or 9 workouts will be like this but i have gone through an entire bottle and it still works. i would recomend this product to anybody and everybody. P.S. it is also great for sporting events like wrestling and track.
