Gak-krap

18 Apr 2007 - Matt of Texas, USA writes:

1) Tastes horrible 2) Muscles Tech products are overpriced and overrated 3) It will not increase you strength, just take some BCAAs and run do a cardio warm-up before your workout for the same effect.

It work in some ways..

10 Apr 2007 - Steven of Georgia, USA writes:

I used this product while training up for Airborne school because my run was lacking. I took it everyday no matter what the work out was, after 2 weeks or so I could see alittle difference during PT but only with muscular endurance. The product is great for results over a period of time but isnt a quick fix for anything. I dont know if it was in my head or not but in my opinon it hurt my run time, as I went from 1410 2mile to a 1440 over a period of a month. So if you're under the impression I was that you're gonna be superman on a run dont be fooled, Although its good stuff during any muscular endurance it seems to dehydrate too much for effective use while running.

Godsend in a Bottle

3 Apr 2007 - Zach of Pennsylvania, USA writes:

I started bodybuilding 2 years ago and have tried every supplement known to man. My body has now bcome immune to No Xplode and I feel no effects. So I was recommended Gakic by a close friend and I now stack it with No Xplode and NaNOx9 and I feel like I can lift the whole fuckin gym. At first I felt nothing when I took it then after the second week I jacked my bench press up to 155 from 140 and i'm only 135! People who see me think i'm juicing but it's just Gakic. Then after my first month I cycled off to see if anything change and I couldn't even get 1 rep from 155! Gakic is truly amazing and even though it's expensive i'll still be buying it. I would recommend though getting the Pill form as the Powder tends to taste like asshole (good thing they are discontinuing it)

Not so bad

2 Apr 2007 - Tim of New York, USA writes:

So I bought this product on all the claims. I was stuck at benching 245 for sets of 5 After 4 workout days I felt nothing. Than on the 5th day I got 245 easily, bumped up to 255 and got that fairly easily as well. Feel like i get a slight headache, gains are finally showing up though. Drastically lowered fatigue as well.

WOW!

29 Mar 2007 - Matt of Florida, USA writes:

WOW is all i can say. im 16 years old and i only weigh 135. My bench was stuck right at 155 for about two months but my first day on this stuff i hit 165 with exactly the same reps as i was getting. You don't feel crazy, pumped, or urged to lift weights you are just able to do more. Get the pills though, the powder seriously tastes TERRIBLE. When i first tried gakic i thought that my first 8 or 9 workouts will be like this but i have gone through an entire bottle and it still works. i would recomend this product to anybody and everybody. P.S. it is also great for sporting events like wrestling and track.

instant strength.

18 Mar 2007 - Brad of Florida, USA writes:

the first time i used this i was able to lift heavier and for way more sets. great workout enhancer. this is worth the money, especially if you are hitting a plateau. powder tastes really bad but they allude to this on the container. i am cycling this with n.o. shotgun and am in uncharted territory as far as size and strength.

Works great

7 Mar 2007 - Dmaion of Georgia, USA writes:

I have tried this product two months on and 1 month off and I must say it works great. The taste takes a little getting used to, however, the gains made were great. Increased my bench by 15 pounds in 1 month (I only go heavy once a month). Even though I have always been wary of Muscle Tech and their pretty colors I recommend this product.

gakic works

3 Mar 2007 - Anonymous of New Mexico, USA writes:

I was stuck at a 175 pound bench for about three months. Then on my first day using Gakic. I was able to bench 185! I'd recomend the capsules because the powder is inedible.

Using it now

9 Dec 2006 - Mark of California, USA writes:

I'm 46 years old & have tried alot of different stuff. I noticed a huge decrease in fatigue. Increased the time spent in the gym from 50 min to over an hour. The powder is NOT edible. Returned for a refund. Get the pills only. Muscletech product bottles sure are "pretty", all that purple and stuff. Great marketing, but this stuff is the only one I will continue to buy.

It really does work

23 Nov 2006 - Shane of New York, USA writes:

Dont belive the hype about people saying they feel a crazy ass urge. But belive it when they say it makes you lift harder and longer.Whe i took it, i didnt feel shit but when i lift the weights my reps went up and my recovery and fatigue changed.with gakic i went from 205 with the benchpressto 225.I went from 35 pounds with the barbell curls to 40 pounds. The best part is that nomatter how hard you train you will not feel the fatigue after and you will like doing everything all over.Taste fucking nasty!!!!! but your not taking it for that. This is something you should deffinately try.

Did not work as advertised

11 Nov 2006 - Dustin of Florida, USA writes:

I purchased GAKIC (in capsule form) from []. I followed the manufacturer's directions for use and kept up with my typical weekly workout. I train one or two groups to exhaustion per day, and do some cardio on off days. Rehabbing a supraspinatus tear, so I go light on the shoulders, and can't really push the bench just yet. Other muscle groups were fine. First, taking the capsules is awful - I hated choking down eight horse pills a day. They gave me a wierd aftertaste that I was burping up for hours. Second, I was interested to see if GAKIC was worth the money, so I took careful notes and measurements of size and weight during my "trial". I saw no change in stamina or soreness. Muscle growth was typical. I would not purchase this product again.

It Works

6 Oct 2006 - Dave of Minnesota, USA writes:

First of all, I'm not a weightlifter or bodybuider. I'm an Army Reserve officer so I have to maintain certain physical fitness requirements. Maintaining an effective physical regime can be a challenge at times. I've been using Gakic in the caplet form for about two months and have not had any adverse side effects. Where I've seen results is in reduced muscle fatigue in both the upper body and legs while running. I've also seen reduced muscle fatigue in the abdominal area while doing exercises such as situps. Two drawbacks: 1. It's expensive. 2. Recommended dosage is 8 caplets. If you don't like swallowing pills you may want to look at the powder form.

Real claims, real results!!!

13 May 2006 - Paul of England, United Kingdom writes:

I finaly decided to go out and buy gakic after all my hard thinking on whether or not I wanted to spend all that money on a supplement that might not work. I took the supplement within 45 minutes of training following the directions for use, the supplement tasted worse than anything I had ever tasted and nearly made me sick(not a good start). But when i got in the gym the results shown, I usually struggle to add a rep on my barbell bicep curls after three weeks training but to my amazement I completed 14 reps with the same weight I only managed 9 reps with the previous week. I believe this supplement works and if you can put up with the taste then give it a try!!

Delayed, Minor Gains!

8 May 2006 - Jim of Florida, USA writes:

After all the hype and advertising I thought I would try something new, GAKIC. Initially, I thought I got ripped off since I didn't notice any gains/changes for the 1st week but after 7-10 days of using this product consistently, I felt stronger and was able to increase my reps by 1 or 2 on most exercises. Unfortunately, due to the delay, I was only able to receive the benefits for about 2 weeks until I was out of product. In the end, I would not recommend this product due to the very poor ROI (very high price, very small benefits) not to mention, the taste of this product makes you want to throw up in your mouth.

Too much hype!!

30 Apr 2006 - Troy of Wisconsin, USA writes:

I have always been a Muscletech fan until I used Gakic. My very first dose made me dizzy then tired. I stuck with it because of the ungodly amount of money I spent on it. All-in-all NO GAINS

The false claim of Gakic

12 Apr 2006 - Anonymous of Virginia, USA writes:

I bought and try Gakic in belief it will increase my strength and endurance, boy, to my surprise it is BS. It didn't do any thing for me. I'm shocked and pissed that I was ripped( I paid $83 ) Not only didn't do any thing for me, it gave me a hell of heart burn. Gakic claim to increase strength by 10% immediatelly and up to 28% fatigue resistance, I tried it for three weeks and I didn't see those claims work on me. It is just a scam.

This is the stuff of dreams!!

9 Apr 2006 - Avzal of Gauteng, South Africa writes:

After hearing all the hype, I decided to give Gakic a test and boy am I impressed. As a middle aged bodybuilder who underwent massive heart surgery(congenital repair) a little over two years ago, I never thought I would ever reach my former strength levels ever again, and I've struggled..Until I started using Gakic together with a Leukic stack. My strength has shot through the roof and I am pushing pundages I never thought I would ever push, even at my prime. If ever there is a magic potion, the Gakic/Leukic combo has to be it. This stuff is awesome..Ridiculously expensive in South Africa, but worth every penny! Wish I could get Muscle Tech to Sponsor me as a spokesman for cardiac rehab patients ;-)
