I took the capsules in the summer about and hour or two before my workout for about 6 weeks and saw massive gains. This product really gets you in the zone and keeps you there. I could do arnold press with 25lb. dumbells 12 times. This stuff got in my head and got me in the state of mind to challenge myself and go above and beyond. 6 weeks later I was doing 50lb. 10 times. I started the liquid form a few weeks ago and it was the same effects. I find the best results by taking about 2-3 hours before a workout. You'll be craving to lift weights about an hour and a half after you take it. only good things to say about this product and i'd reccomend it anyone whose looking for a way to get noticable gains fast.
