Creatine has become one of the most popular sports supplements among professional and amateur athletes. In the body, creatine is converted to creatine phosphate, which helps to fuel skeletal muscles and provides support for immediate energy production during high-intensity workouts. Creatine supplementation may help to promote cellular hydration. Creatine has also been shown in numerous studies to help improve athletic performance.

I first started using this product in early April and it is now early May. Since then i have added about 25 punds to my bench and i can clearly see that my arms have gotten much bigger. This product is deffinatley worth the little 20$ it costs.

At first I liked this product until I found CE2 Monohydrate seems to trap water and bloat you. It does make you look bigger but I prefer Ce2 any day of the week for that lean look.

gnc creatine monohydrate is the best supplement i used ever first of all after 2 weeks i felt more stronger and energetic then i became fuller and harder but it has one drawback that is present in most of the creatine supplements i felt bloated but thats nothing serious to me but i felt a little weaker and dizzy when i stopped.

Well creatine monohydrate isn't the greatest. I mean if you want to try creatine then i suggest something a little more potent. Don't get me wrong if you are new to working out and supliments then creatine is right for you because it really does make you noticably stronger, but when your not cycling it you feel weak and fatigued during workouts.
