I have used this product for several months now and I think it works better than anything else on the market in this field. I take a capsule in the morning when I get up and it actually makes me forget about food - I HAVE to really force myself to eat, but it makes me THINK about what I will eat, and I choose better foods. I take another capsule before my evening meal and I can actually eat less food and I do not get hungry, and there are no side effects (on my health) at all. A very good product!!!
