I tried hydroxycut first with 3 times a day 1 pill and I wasn't doing much exercising. I sweated so much just by sitting around and was constantly thristy and it also made me feel bloated. I was a bit disappointed but however I decided to take the 2 pills only when I do some serious working out like hiking for 5 hours or doing spinning lessons and they did give me more energy and a boost. As far as weight loss I'm not sure if it helps or not but it does give me the enegry to do my work outs stronger. I would not recommend taking the pills and sitting around you must exercise. It isn't a mircale pill, you have to make an effort to lose weight with diet and exercise. If I hadn't bought these bottles but I feel I have to use them inorder to get my moneys worth otherwise I wouldn't use them.

I purchased the 60 cap bottle and used it as directed. I thought it was helpful the first week but wasn't seeing as much improvement as I hoped. I drink plenty of water along with cardio and strength training. I have noticed my energy level is decreased and I am hungrier now. It is very depressing. I decided to purchase the 100 count and continue to use 2 tablets 3 times a day just to give it more time. I am not seeing any results and I'm going to stop using this. I am disappointed because I feel like this was a waist of time and money. There are better products on the market that I am going back to. They at least fight hunger. I now realize Hydroxycut is not for me.

I've been using this product for about a week. I was a bit skeptical at first, but now i realize that this product really can work. This isn't a magical pill that will burn fat if just sit on your ass. It gives you energy for a reason!! So you can use it!! p.s. the recommended dose of 6 pills a day is a bit intense! I only take 2 pills a day and it works fine. It will make one bottle last a while too.

ive used HD for about 2 weeks, so far so good,im 6'1 210 i play football so im always active...i don't use the pill to lose weight, just to get cut, muscle weights more than fat and since im lifting lots of weights but also doing getring bigger...HD is really working fd six pac abs. or me i have almost no fat at 210 an ADVICE: DONT TAKE MORE THAN 6 PILLS DAILY, AND DON'T TAKE IT RIGHT BEFORE BED BECAUSE YOU WONT BE ABLE TO SLEEP. cardio im gaining weight and losing fat, also im taking creatine at the same time so my muscles are

I used this product for abt 1 month and i stopped. The first time i took only 1 pill a day 3 times daily before every meal. My heart beat so fast that i began perspiring even in an aircon room. I was nervous all the time, what makes matter worse is that i will eat whenever im nervous! So, instead of losing weight, i add on more weight. The good part abt it is that the pill have this sweet taste. :)

I took Hydroxycut about 2 years ago and i lost about 45 lbs. I took two at a time, 3 times a day. I usually would have a 3 small snacks, or meals a day and i drank lots of water. I lost about 2-5lbs a week. When i stopped taking them i didn't gain any of the weight back either!! I have started taking it again and it's still working, it's only been 5 days and i've lost 3.5 lbs. I don't do much exercising, so i bet it you do then you'll get even better results!! Goodluck!

So I just finished my first week of pills and I am a bit upset. I have only been taking 1 pill three times a day but I have been eating between 1000 and 1200 calories a day and cardio 3 times a week. I weighed myself today expecting to see a loss and I didn't lose a pound! Not one!!! I started taking 2 pills three times a day and I am going to up my exercising and see if that helps. I feel I look better and I have more energy but according to the scale nothing has changed. So far I love the energy but we will see if I actually lose some weight this week. ANY HELP????

Here we go again: I used Hydroxy Cut about six months ago. It drastically cut appetite and decreased my weight. Side effects increased with the dosage. Yes, I've noticed insomnia and 'mental' side effects but have managed to keep them under control. (I was taking night school classes at the time). Since then I have discontinued use ... I'm starting to take it again! ALL side effects are known to me and I'm topping 260 #s again. So you decide which is more healthy? gross over-weight or slightly at-risk?

I have been using the product for 2 weeks, 2 cap three time a day. I am eating sensibly fruits, veg's etc age 57 have not noticed any difference in energy and have gained 3 lbs. I have recently quit smoking, do not know if that makes any difference.

I usually dont write reviews, but for this product i will, i was taking hydroxycut for about 2 month, my beginning weight was 175, and im 5'7, my ending weight is 147. the first week i took the pills i did feel jittery, but as the days went on they went away. For dieting i ate healthy mon-fri but on the weekends i ate like a pig, worked for. Ive been off the pills for a month, and i have not gained any weight, but i do still go to the gym alot. long review i know but this product is GOLD...

I used HD about a year ago to lose weight, but didn't change my eating habits OR excercise regularly so i did not lose any weight at all. But i decided to give it another try about a month ago and i joined a gym, so i work out about 4 to 5 times a week while taking HD and have lost 10 lbs and feel great!! The biggest thing to remember when taking HD is to drink LOTS of water! As much as you possibly can!! But overall i LOVE it and it really helps speed up the process of losing weight while you're excercising! HD is not for everyone though, and if you do experience bad side effects, you should probably look elsewhere!

I have been using Hydroxycut for a little over a week. I have followed the directions very closely, and so far I am happy with it. I don't believe in scales, so I don't know how many pounds I have lost but I can already feel a small difference in the way my clothes fit. It definitely helps with your appetite which is awesome. I would recommend this product to people as long as they are willing to follow the directions!
