While I know my results may not be typical, I had a bad reaction following the directions for Hydroxycut and will have to return my unused portion. Be forewarned: While many pills suggest you take them with food, the directions on these suggest an hour before eating. For me - this was disastrous. On my second day (just a few minutes ago, actually), taking the reduced dosage, I vomited my entire breakfast after taking the pills. I was dizzy and nauseous to the point of not being able to function. I am mainly reporting this to let those know who may not tolerate such chemicals well on an empty stomach. I took Xenadrine-EFX and only had light nausea - but this completely disappeared when eating first or with the pills.

I'e started taking hydroxycut about 5 days ago and indeed my first day i felt really weird but the second day everything went back to normal. The secret to feeling ok about it is eating after a little while after taking it meaning i feel perfectly fine if i eat in at least half an hour after i take the pill. And the nice part i can definitely feel some good changes, i don't eat as much as i did before and it gives me indeed some energy although i recommend people to definitely have something to eat after taking it because if not everything goes crazy and i feel just like collapsing ... and when i eat i do`t eat much and i always try to make it healthy and everything works fine. I read some weird reviews on it and since i am only trying to lose about 15 pounds i will stop after the first bottle and keep trying to hold on to my diet, i heard you can get into some serious problems if you use it more than 6 months so DON'T :) ... other than that i believe it works quite fine and would recommend it for short term diets ( and by the way i am only 19 so if you are careful about it you`ll be ok BUT!!! don`t take more tan 1 2 times a day and before 2 o'clock during the first 3 days just so your body adjusts to it and after that just take 2 , it will be enough especially if you are only about 5'2'' i mean i just take 2 twice a day and it seems enough and also works great ... taking too many if you are not oerweight might get you in trouble so take care.

I have used Hydroxycut and lost 48 lbs. in a little over three months. Hydroxycut does help decrease your food intake but there are cravings for "sweets." Another effect that I noticed immediately was constipation (not good)!!! I recommend that anyone trying this increase your fiber intake to maintain regularity. Ability to concentrate, being dizzy, and not being able to sleep may also occur... if these side affects persist then Hydroxycut may not be right for you, everyone's tolorence to this is different. Good luck!

I love this product! I have been taking Hydroxycut for about 4 weeks and have gone from 130 lbs. to 119 lbs. I just switched to the ephedra-free formula, though, because when I got to the maximum dose on the original formula it was making me nauseous.

I started taking hydroxycut yesterday.. and I've immediately noticed results. I have a lot more energy all around.. and my appetite has definately been supressed. Just make sure you fully read the label, and follow directions.. if you do this, you should have no problem. I haven't noticed any jitters, or any feelings of nausea.. and I've lost 1.5 pounds since yesterday...

First of all i'd like to start out by saying thank god for hydroxycut. This is the best fat burner ive ever used. I am an ex college football player (Defensive end) and im 21 years old. I had to quit because of a head injury. I've started body building in the last couple months and i can see significant results in my chest definition my waistline, biceps, and definitely in the abdominal area. I love this product.

Hydroxycut works well to enhance cardio performance if taken 30 minutes before running I have found that it is an excellent fat burner to jump start the metabolism, but long term tolerance seems to build quickly. I found that the max safe dose did not work the same after being on the product for two months. Also, I noted it was nearly impossible to sleep if a does was taken any later in the day than 2:30 p.m. An undesirable side effect for me was heart palpitations. I did not have the same problem with other ephedra based supplements. Overall, I would give this product a C+. There are better and worse fat burners out there.

I'm 19yrs old, and I took Hydroxycut once and it worked so well, but i HAD to stop. I was a different person all of a sudden, had mood swings, light headedness, and had tons of energy. Now i'm taking it again, the Green light was....IT WORKS. I needed to shed the pounds, and this is the one thing that will make them go away. Trust me. Its harder to lose weight, when you are not That big, but if its just your stomach, or legs you want to shed...and you're not too overweight, i recommend this 100%. Just dont get carried away, and you Have to know when you should take a break. The side affects can be overwhelming.
