Just started taking hydroxycut yesterday. I flushed the whole bottle this morning. I dont think ill ever try it again. DO NOT TAKE WITH RED BULL. i couldnt get to sleep at all last night and almost had an anxiety attack because my heart was beating so fast.

I decided to try this product and it might have been the worst decision of my life.....I Have severe insomnia I mean it is my first day and I have been asleep in almost 2 days. My heart rate is through the roof, I can't stay hydrated no matter how much water I drink and I am so jittery it is scary. I have lost 5 lbs in 3 days but to make this even better, I barely have exercised, and I have been almost eating regularly. Of course I can feel it suppressing my appetite, but It still is amazing. My advice to anybody that wants results ultra fast is to drink AS MUCH water as you can a day. I have been drinking 2 8 oz glasses in the morning, about 8 to 10 16 oz water bottles throughout the day, and about 4 to 5 8 oz glasses at night. The first couple days is kind of hard to get used to and you might feel like vomiting slightly from all the water intake, but if you feel that, just don't drink for a bit. THANKS HYDROXYCUT!

I took this product for a week and a half and it gave me a lot of problems. I took vitamins along with it, but after those few days i had major chest pains and other issues.Before i took this product I was normal and had nothing wrong with me. BUT This product should be pulled from the shelves, death in a bottle!!!

I took hydroxycut for a week, and was extremely disturbed by what it did to my body. I felt jittery, had chest pains, and even experienced shortness of breathe. Come to find out, this product has been noted to cause pulminary hypertension, which in turn causes death. I've stopped immediately, and if you are on a mission to get your body in shape, i would suggest you stop.

Please please read the directions.. I was stupid and was in a hurry to lose weight.. Do not take this with an energy drink I got really sick my whole body got numb and i was so dehydrated and i about got had to go to the hospital becuase my first day i took two pills with a 5 hour energy.i had an anxiety attack i thought i was going to have a hard attack. its not bad if you read the directions first tho, the next day i took it as directed and drunk lots of water and i was fine. It works but please be careful before taking this product!

I have been using this product for about a month now, I have really enjoyed it. It works very well, gives me a boost of energy before the gym, and does help with hunger supression. The only thing all people need to understand is that if you use this product and sit on your butt its obviously not going to work. I use this product as directed and workout 5 days a week, so it has worked well for me. The only real draw back I have noticed I have defecated more than usual. I talked to a few friends one of which works in the medical field said this is normal. So in summary if you use this product and are not lazy it will probally work.

I was stuck at 133-135 pds for a while even with exercising and with no hydroxycut. Which is why I decided to take it. I finished my bottle in 3 weeks and lost a total of about 5 pounds. For the past week I've just exercised and watched my intake of food and have lost another 2 pounds. I will start back taking it in another 2 weeks to give me another boost. No insomnia or paranoia. Took my last pill by 6pm. No issues.

I took one bottle over a 1.5 month period (never took more than 2 pills daily) and it helped me lose 40 lbs. I had already lost 30 lbs by dieting alone, but I felt very tired and I had a week were I saw no weight loss. I feel that this product helped give me energy for exercise and reduced hunger significantly. I went from 270 lbs to less than 200 in les than 3 months (was busting out of a size 40 to wearing a 34) and I feel great. I appreciate the energy so I have bought another bottle while I continue to finish lossing the last 10 lbs I want to lose. I hav'nt lost any weight in the last two weeks but I have dropped about 2 inches. I would have to say I am very happy with the product. I'm 25 years old and I've been using Hydroxycut Max for women for about two weeks and have lost a significant amount of weight. I don't own a scale because I don't want to make a habit of always checking my weight but I can definitely see a difference in my body (especially my stomach) and notice my clothes fit more loose. I first tried regular HydroxyCut a month ago, and took the entire bottle (about 1 1/2 weeks worth). I found my heartrate was up a lot, I was jittery, and i wasn't sleeping agian. So when the bottle was gone I decided not to buy another. I did lose 3 lbs! But I didn't want the shakes. So when I went to the store to look at other brands, I saw the caffeine free version of HydroxyCut. I began the regimen 2 days ago, and haven't felt ANY of the same side effects. Im 20 and thought Hydroxycut would help me lose some extra weight. Im 5'9 and 160. I read all the reviews f/every possible website and was psyched to try it. It was HORRIBLE. I have never EVER had any mental/physical problems. By the 3rd morning of taking as directed, I had a PANIC ATTACK. I thought I was going crazy.I had a strong urge to call 911 but had nothing to tell them. I have TRIED about every illegal substance-and nothing made me feel as physically/mentally horrible as Hydroxycut. THAT A HUGE STATEMENT. It took me five hours to even be able to compose this after the attack. i know how great other reviews are but I had NO idea how horrible it could turn out after such a short period. i know mentally and physically i will be better off without ANY pill. I have been tkaing this product for two months with a low cal diet and working out. It gives me no energy at all, and does not help surpress my appitite. I wouldn't waste my money on it again!
