I have used this product for 2 weeks. I followed the directions like it stated and it is just not cutting it. I work out 5x a week lifting weights and do cardio 2x a week. This has not given me any energy boost nor any weight loss. I weigh 207 and have been looking to go to 195. I havnt lost anything in the waist or on the scale. I am going to try Hydroxy Hardcore. I hear its great.
