Now, i want to start by saying that when you check a product out take in consideration the amount of grams described in the nutritional facts, and then divide them to get the real protein,fat and carb content of the powder. This product is fantastic, why? Mixes like no other, tastes great (strawberry is too sweet for my taste) is not expensive and does not make you fart like an 80 Y.O after 2 weeks my biceps gained 1 Cm (0.4 In) with my regular workout. Forget about the rest, this protein powder is all you need. (of course, if you can afford musclemilk light for after the workout, do it)

I've used this product since it came out. All flavors I have tried taste great except for strawberry, but thats my opinion. I recommend cookies and creme flavor mixed with vanilla soy milk.

I have tried many protein shakes, but, this one here is the best. If you are lactose intolerant like me than this product is for you. For one it is not clumpy or sticky, two it tastes well, and three you get 24 grams in one scoop with only 10 grams of fat. It has helped me stay lean and I consume 5 scoops a day because I work out 4 days and run 5. Best protein out.

Well, what can you say about this protein powder? I had the chocolate flavour and it tastes REALLY good compared to the other stuff thats out there. Mixes very easily, decent amount of protein, taste delicious... you can't go wrong with this one.
