I´ve just finished my first bottle of this product and all i can say is that it really works. Taking it you can feel a real muscle pump throught your workout. It helps a lot in the post workout rercovery, cause the last doses you take are in the end of your workout, and it will be digested after it. I felt it enhanced my strenght and i gained about 3 kilos(sorry i´m brazilian, maybe 8 pounds) of pure muscle mass. The most impressive thing is that after i stopped taking this product i felt a huge degree in pump at trainnig compared to when i was taking it. I think the best option for those who wants to take it is to take a dose of carb before workout, take intravol during it and take a whey protein right after the trainnig. Next week i´ll buy another one.
