I have been taking this product for about a year now, and I can say that it does work. To prove it to myself, I go off the stuff from time to time. And, I can definately feel the difference. This stuff is good for at least a couple more reps in your workout. Despite the caffeine concentration, it didn't make me jittery. I would recommend this product to anyone that has seen mixed results with other similar products.

Kreation is probally the best suplement i have ever taken. Twice the energy and no of the side effects of NO-xplode. Also its pretty cheap for what you are actually going to get out of it. Won't make you huge but it will defiently get you into the gym which will make you huge.
