Just got through my first bottle yesterday and overall im quite pleased. I don't do a lot of weights, more body weight exercises and swimming/running, and over the last 20 days i've lost 10lbs, which for me is amazing! Best of all was the lack of jitters and overall anxiety that I have experienced using other "fat loss" supplements. By far the best i've tried and will for sure use this product again.

This is my first day, I used 1 pill in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, felt no jitters, felt nothing jet really, I will let you know how my days go by increasing the dosage to 2 and then 3 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon.
