As with any product on the market, it seems you either love it, or hate it, but any skepticism I had about Lipo 6x is long gone. This product worked great for me. I purchased the 120ct bottle about 3-4 weeks ago. Starting out I was 185lbs, and am now at 172lbs and I have about 3 days worth left. I followed the instructions almost exactly; starting with 1 pill 2x per day, then moving into 2 pills 2x per day after a few days. There was another review on here by someone taking 4+ pills at a time and complaining of a headache, duh, follow the instructions! I also never believe in miracle pills, so I increased my cardio workouts, which previously didnt exist. I did 20 minutes or so on an elliptical, sometimes 10 minutes on the stairs. I did this about 3-4x a week and followed a more strict diet plan while taking this supplement. One thing I loved about this product is that about 10-20 minutes after taking the pills, you will feel a stronger sense of energy and focus...BIG plus. The instant liquid release and timed granular release is the smartest idea I have seen in a while. I would highly suggest this product. Shop around online and you will find a great deal too.

started taking Lipo6 last Sept. 30 2009 and my first two days i took two pills a day and was great i was so energetic … got intense work out. Then i took three pills for the next two days and then my fifth day i took 4 pills… then i noticed that i got headache but i dunno if this was the result of the pills. anybody could tell me… and i experiencing cold sweating.

I tried this product for about 4 weeks and saw abolutely no results whatsoever. No weight loss, no weight gain, no muscle gain or loss either. Might as well have taken an empty capsul. As for any good things, I didn't ever feel jittery or have headaches or caffiene rushes or anything. I felt fine, but I didn't see results even though I work out regularly. As for cons, the product didn't work and is, in my opionion, a waste of money.

I have been on Lipo 6x for about a full month now, and I have not noticed any significant fat loss. I've been on a strict low carb/low calorie diet for about 3 weeks too. Previously, I was on a nutritionally balanced diet averaging 2200-2500 cal /day. Now I average 1800-2000 cal/ day with 80-100g of carbs only pre/post workout. I'm dropping bodyfat, but not at a significant rate. I don't feel any different while on this supplement than when I did before. Obviously, it is difficult to rate this product because I may be losing more fat than without it, but I don't think it's worth the money. I've been hitting the weights 4 days a week (hard!) and doing cardio 7 days a week. The fat is dropping (was at 16%, now at 10% - over the span of 2 months). My diet is a lot cleaner now, and I haven't cheated once over the 3 week period. I've been doing HIIT sprints every other day and slow-paced cardio after weight sessions. I even hit the gym twice a day a few times each week. I'm a dedicated fitness enthusiast - and I personally do not recommend this product.

This is a great product It seemed to kick in when I needed it the most, Lipo 6-x gave me a boost but I never felt like it was too much or a jittery jolt, if youre serious about loosing weight this is the product for you however if youre not normally and active person then this product might be a too intense for you if youre and active person looking to better youre workouts, athletic performance or focus during physical activity then this product is catered to you

This product, was insane. It made me sweat alot. When im sleeping i sweat abnormally. So whenever i wake up in soaked almost with sweat. I do not normally experience that. And I had a belly before. After having 2 months of swimming and taking lipo 6, i lost my stomach. Which is about 20 pounds. Lipo 6 helped me ready to sweat ,but it was my hardwork that pushed it to get this product working. Advice. Unless u are really lazy. Do not take this. Otherwise if you do cardio at least 3 times a week. This would be recommended. and when i say cardio i mean. sprinting and swimming.

This product is a waste of money. It gave me way to much energy to where it felt like my heart was about to explode. I also had no weight loss even though i work out 6 times a week. Do not buy this product!

Purchased Lipo 6x for a little metabolism boost along with my routine. After 2 doses I noticed my heart beginning to hurt. It felt like my heart muscle was cramping. I couldn't stop sweating, and as soon as I discontinued, within about 2 hours, everything went back to normal. I'm not saying it doesn't work, but this is an EXTREME product, please pay attention to your body when you try fat burners.
