I had been working out 3 times a week, and moderately watching what I ate - and didn't lose any weight. I bought this product (the yellow pills), 2 pills a day, and after bottle was gone had lost 15 lbs. I am 5'4, weighed 148 and got down to 133. I quit taking these for a month, and purchased another product, and stayed at 133. I recently just purchased my second bottle of lipodrene to lose the last 10 lbs to get down to my goal weight. These pills proved to me that they effectively work, and fast, and I had no problem keeping the weight off after getting off of them. WOW! i have been using lipodrene from about 1 week i started on dec 10 2008 today is dec 17 2008 my starting weight was 164 today im at 158 WOW i am amazed by this drug ... i dont eat clean i eat everything i want to but i dont over do it i take a multi vitamin with this drug and fish oil i workout 45mins 5 to 6 times aweek i take 1 in the morning after breakfast and 1 after lunch i have tried many drugs on the market : meltdown , redline , tight , ripped fuel , Hydroxcut... etc you name it i might have tried it .... and this by far blows them all out the water. should have found this thousands of dollars ago.

I am no stranger to diet products- I've tried almost every one out there over the past 4 years. In all honesty, this was the first one I have ever used that showed results - fast. I am 5'8" and was 155 pounds. In the first week and a half I lost nearly 6 pounds - and it wasn't just water weight. Your bowel movements tend to be more frequent and softer, but it was not a problem by any means. You lose everything though- muscle AND fat, so be prepared to shrink. Also, I suggest taking extra vitamins, because your body won't be absorbing the nutrients it needs to stay healthy if you choose to use this product. Slight energy flutter- but less severe than stackers which contain higher caffeine. If you are caffeine sensitive, it may not be for you. Also, up your dosage slowly- start with one. See how you react. Take care.

So I just placed my 3rd order of Lipodrene (yellow pills w/ ephedra). I love it. great appetite suppressant and sometimes when i don't take them like i should and end up overeating taking a pill after a huge meal helps everything break down faster to get rid of the gross "over-filled" feeling. these keep me at a comfortable size with minimal exercise.

Yes is a good product but is not for everyone. i think is good for people who need to loose more them 10 lbs. i only wanted to loose 5 lbs but instead i lost a lot more to include hard earned muscle...now fat and muscle are gone!!!

Sales person sold me 5 (2) count packs to try for a week. I didn't change my routine of 4 Lean Cuisines a day with no excersise and lost 6 lbs. I'm not sure if I lost the weight on the diet or the pills but I didn't take anymore.

I used the yellow pills. I lost 12 lbs the first 3 weeks and hit a plateau on the 4th week. It curbed my appetite the first 4 weeks but after that it stopped supressing my appetite. I changed my regime a little bit and began losing weight again, so it's still working in that respect. It never gave me that insane energy that everyone talks about but I stacked it with NO Xplode and felt like I could run through a wall. Absolutely insane, upped my deadlift from 365lbs to 405lbs. Stoked on this product. Make sure your eating healthy and watching your calories. If you hit a plateau change up your routine a little. I went from lifting in the morning and doing cardio in the afternoon to doing cardio in the morning and lifting in the afternoon. Changing the type of lifting your doing helps too. Throw in some super sets, while alternating light and heavy lift weeks. AMPING!

I've been on Lipodrene for almost 2 weeks now and I have not lost one pound. It seems to be working for everyone but me...most people talk about how they have lost 4 or 5 pounds in the first week! I walk 4 miles a day for 5 days a week and I follow weight watchers on top of that. Before I started taking the pills, I was loosing weight but then I plateued. I found out about lipodrene from a friend and she had a great experience. Don't get me wrong, it gives me incredible energy and I'm never hungry, but I just haven't lost any weight...

I used this product for about two months. My wife wanted it but she couldn't handle the effects so I finished off the bottle. I had the yellow ones which are supposed to be the strongest. You really need to be careful when dosing because I weigh over 200 lbs and started off taking two, which was a bad idea. It almost felt like I did a bunch of coke or meth, had me all tweaking out. If you start with one and eventually work your way up it is great for energy and focus, but anymore than 2 at a time would be pushing it. I have lost over 30 pounds but I also followed a strict diet and exercise program, this just helps when I am lagging a little in the energy department. Supplement it wisely with a good all around nutrition program and it can provide nice results. Wouldn't recommend exercising after taking a dose.

This is amazing, it worked better for me then phentermine (perscribed. Im sure it won't work for everyone. I tried the YELLOW pills, i hear all the other ones arent as good, so i wouldnt buy any other color or i'd feel it was a rip off.. hope you read this and you buy it and lose some weight ;).. i honestly just started taking it a week ago but already lost 4 lbs after being stuck at a plateau and phentermine not working very well on me anymore.. good luck readers! PS I reach my goal this week oct 31, 2006 120lbs
