I have been using Liopdrene with ephedra since july 2007, by march I had lost 55 lbs. I do exercise 3-5 times a week at the gym, but nothing drastic. I am not on a diet, just trying to eat better. I havent had bad side effects, I get alot of energy from the pill, and most days it helps with suppressing appetite, I would say about 80% of the time. I take one in the morning after breakfast, and one after lunch. when I first started out I only took one after a month or so , I increased it to 2. I also got nausea if i took it on an empty stomach, so try not too. I am at a healthy weight now, 130 and I am 5'2 , but I want to lose a few pounds more, maybe 5, and to tell you the truth I kind of got use to it.

I've only been using this product for 2 weeks, but I have already lost 8 lbs while still lifting heavy and gaining muscle. This stuff makes you feel great. It's not like those other BS "fat burners" like hydroxycut and xenadrine. This stuff has methylphenylethylamine in it. It's not just caffeine and green tea. You don't get jittery and nauseus.
