I used this with my suana suit and treadmill. I took 2 pills with 32 oz of water, waited an hour, ate, waited an hour again then do 10 minutes on the treadmill while wearing my sauna suit. I lost 2 pounds an hour later. Then I repeat the same routine twice and lost 4 more pounds. so I lost 6 pounds in a day after 6 pills. So I guess drink plenty of water while taking this stuff.

I purchased Lipozene from TV commercial. Tried my best 2 follow routine of Lipozene atleast 1/2 hour b-4 meals & with enough water. Also cut down my meal portions. After a week I had non-stop stomach cramping & gained 2 pounds. I tried 2 continue taking it but finally decided best 2 return it.

Warning to all! Do not purchase this product! I have been on it fro a little over a month and have not seen any results. I also work out and try and eat healthy. Not only that, I had a really scary incident with this...I had gotten sick with a stomach bug and was throwing up and realized that 4 blue pills came out as well! That had to have been in my stomach the day before since I did not take the pills that morning! The pills sis not digest in my stomach obvioulsy for a day! Scary scary! Ever since then, I have stopped all of it and am going to return the left-over that I have!!!!! Not to mention, I gained weight on it!

I tried Lipozene for 1 month and hated every bit. I had the worst stomach cramps and it made me more constipated more than I already was. My whole body seemed to retain water even though I was drinking about 64oz a day and eating mostly salads. I GAINED 4 lbs! Anyway, when ordering, the website shot up many different screens and I clicked "no" to all their offers. From everything it seemed I would only be getting the one month supply since I said "no" to all the automatic shipment options. Well tonight at 10:20 PM I receive an e-mail saying that my next order has been shipped! I call immediately and tell them I do not want it shipped nor charged. The lady says that it has ALREADY been shipped and my card has ALREADY been charged a NONREFUNDABLE $30.95!!!! She refused to help and claimed there was no supervisor to talk to. I am so mad!

Ok, firts of all, it's a bunch of crap when they say "can not find in stores" I found this very product at [], and it was 2 bottles of it ( 60 pills total ) for 19 dollars. it says take 2 b4 each meal, and its supose to be super results...not happening! If you think about it they are tyring to be like the product (sp?) Xenical, witch is an effective weight loss pill! Please do not buy this scam of a pill! it is not effective what so ever!!!

Lipozene is a dietary supplement that contains Propol, which is the company's trademarked name for glucomannan which is simply fiber! Your body absorbs the fiber and makes you feel full. The company offers you a 30 day supply for $29.95 (which they actually billed me $45) and send you a free 30 day supply, however after 30 days, should you decide to keep the product, they bill you an additional $45. The 30 day supply has 60 pills and tells you to take at least 2 a day, however if you need to lose more than 30 pounds, they suggest you take 4 a day. So, if you're heavy, you will pay $90 a month. Now, with that said, Lipozene is no wonder drug. I found it completely uneffective. The company claims it is the alternative to liposuction. In no way, shape, or form is this true. Go to the local drug store, get a fiber supplement and you get the exact same effect. Save yourself the money.
