this is the greatest pre work out supplement ever made... it has all the affects of NO with the benefits and recovery from protein, you can also use it post work out... i dont suggest using it to close to bed becuase of the energy burst that it provides...any body serious about getting ripped will replace there current protien with LIQUID MORPH
