I havnt tried M5 yet but i am about to start my first cycle. I take N.O Explode and it really helps in the begging, but after about a year i dont feel the same effect as i did in the begining. Also i heard that with M5 you dont have to load which is really nice because with N.O you had to drink a crap load of water. Another thign is that N.O has a possibity of conveting into creatinine which will eventually lead to kidney failure or liver damgage. M5 is the fist creatine that does not do this. So i think i may stop taking N.O and try M5 and R3 out. Hope this helps.

I have tried almost every type of creatine and Cellucor's M5 is by far the best. I hold pumps throughout each workout longer than i ever could before. i have to force myself to stop lifting because my muscles rarely fatigue. Best creatine mix ive had so far.

I have been using this product for about a month now and i would have to say it is the best suppliment i have taken. The energy boost is great, I used to get tired after being in the gym got an hour now im spending 2 hours plus there. After I finish this cycle im thinking about starting the whole stack since my friend is taking it now and is seeing great results.

I used to use celltech hardcore which worked well in the beginning but after a while results kind of stopped. Also the intense amount of sugar made it hard to keep a 6-pack. I got M5 about a month ago after talking to [] manager about it for a while (so maybe I'm a sucker for new supplements). I've been taking it pretty much every day since then and I've see huge improvements. My arms and shoulders (which had been lacking ever since I started working out in 2006) got a good amount bigger and my abs, chest, and back got noticeably more defined. Here is the solution to the bad taste: I mix 2 scoops with some zero-calorie lemonade mix and it tastes fine. Wow that was hard to figure out. I stack M5 with a little-known supplement called Torch which is 100% the best supplement I have ever taken. You can get it from [].

Although you still may not be able to run through a wall, you will feel like it! I've been using it for a couple weeks and it increases energy, focus, and strength. I cant sit still after taking it, feeling like I never have to rest. I've taken NO Xplode and it's good, too. But, M5 is more XTREME!

This product if very good but do not let others fool you. By taking just the M5 you will not gain 50 pounds on your bench press in 4 weeks. If you would like to do that take the whole stack and eat twice as much as you do right now. When buying the stack they also have a booklet (usually for free) that will give you alot of works outs that will increase your strength greatly.

i really thought i would by this and it would taste like puke- just like everyone says on here..its not that bad..i got the fruit punch, hey its no hawaiian punch, but its far from puke, today is my second day, so far so good, but i just wanted to comment on the taste for anyone that was unsure.. just put it in a water bottle, shake it, drink it... puke taste- nah i get that from multi vitamins lol, o yea, i always shake it again before i take another swig, half bottle water 1 scoop, takes like 3 or 4 sips.

well, i would have to say M5 is trash, NO-EXPLODE is far better, mental focus and the pumps are way more noticeable... almost like doing your first line but you can still eat. NO and M5 both have too much creatine anyway, i stacked NO with CE2 and it worked well, then i went to just straight CE2 cause the stimulants are harsh and will eventually give you the squirts and headachs that just arnt worth it cycleing 6 weeks on 4 off from NO will keep you from frying your liver. you can become dependant on the stimulant products so i now stack CE2 / NO2 with a 5 hour energy including glutamine and taurine making my own balanced portion that has a little caffeine and the B vitamins you need for muscle production and nerve function with the boost to workout. good luck with your gains, its working for me, remember, too muh creatine will only hurt you in the long run

M5 is great! I take the pills cause I hear the powder tastes like puke. NO-Xplode does'nt match up to the energy and pumps you get from M5. It makes you hungry to lift harder and longer!

I spend 90 bucks on this product, the ower of [] where i live said this was a great product. I disagree, he just wanted the money, M5 didn't go anything for me. The best products iev used have bin nitrotech, sizeon, and altered state. Those are the thing best i have used. If you ask me this products BS

I tried this product, and all i can say is it does work. This is the worst tasting product i've ever tried but after you see the results you won't mind it at all. Week one i noticed i was a lot more focused. week two i notice i was even more focused and i also had a lot more endurance. week three i compared myself to a week prior to trying this product. I whole lot stronger! i went from benching 225 no spot to benching 315. I was curling 125 barbell to 145. I went from having difficulty training for more then 1 & 1/2 hours before getting tired to wanting to train 2 to 3 hours and not feeling tired at all. The only problem i had is because i suddenly started working out harder my muscles were really sore. oh yeah extremely sweating also. its all worth it, even after being of M5 i didnt lost any strength.

I am a Division 2 college football player and have experimented with many supplements (BSN, Celltech, etc.) and by far the best is the cellucor stack of M5,P6, and R3. I have incredible stamina and my gains and workouts have never been better. Worth every penny.

im 18 and i started working out about the middle of my sophmore year. i started taking NO explode for about 4 months and at first u seem like your getting big fast...but after awhile it seemed to have lost it juice for (even when i would cycle it) like my body had became immune to it..i started using cellucor M5 extreme and although it tastes nasty it somehow works...ive been on it for about 2 weeks now and although i havnt seen any huge improvement like everyone else seems to testify to but i do notice a rush of energy and almost like your muscles are getting fluched with creatine it gave me pumps and modivation and im now getting peoples heads turning in the gym...i would recomend this to anyone who wants to pay the price.

Yes the taste of this stuff is discusting but I was talking to the [] owner and his brother is MR OHIO and he said that he just dry powders a scoop into his mouth and then drinks the 8oz of water I have found this to be alot easier than drinking it mixed in with water already because you have just and instant of the disturbing taste. This product is great I have been taking it for 3 days now and I can already feel a change in my workout example since I just started working out again I had sore as hell muscles but as soon as I took a scoop of M5 about 10mins later I was dieng to get going into my routine and I can tell that it gives me a good amount of energy in the mornings.

I have tried several different supplements including, NO Explode, NO Shotgun, a few other products and did NOT get the results M5 Extreme has given. I have noticed that I keep my pumps longer and mass has been AWESOME!!! This stuff tastes like a mixture of gasoline and coolaid, but it's worth it. Check it out!!!
