Cellucor M5 Extreme is intense. After taking 2 packets my muscles feel like they can go forever. While on my cycle of this product I would lift for about an hour and a half and then go to Brazillian Jiu Jitsu for 2 hours, and wouldn't be tired afterwards. The positives are: Extremely effective, rep and weight increasing, intense focus, and no bloat. The negatives are: DISTURBS SLEEP (it does this pretty bad, but then again I was taking it at 3pm, if you can take it earlier in the day than that, do so) and bad taste. Overall the good outweighs the bad, I'm looking forward to my next cycle.

I was very skepticle at first to purchase this product due to the high price and lack of exposure; I have never heard of the computer until about 3 weeks ago. I was finishing a cleansing cycle and wanted to try somehthing new. I purchased the mass cycle from Cellucor and I love it. I have been on the product for little over a week and results are great so far. Great pumps, fast recovery, tons of energy and an added boost in the bedroom (if you catch my drift). Be sure to consume sufficient amounts of protein and take a multivitamin to see best results with this product. I recommend this to anyone looking to improve strength, size, endurance and overall health. GREAT PRODUCT!!!

I just went and bought a tub of the M5, and had my first taste today. Wow I had more drive, more energy, and more stamina than I have ever had at the gym, I just kept lifting. I had been taking NO-Xplode for about 3 years prior to today and will never touch it again. No-Xplode made me sick to my stomach shit like crazy and bloated as hell. M5 gets straight to the point. If you want that extra umphh while your hittin the gym then buy this stuff its well worth the cash.

I have been on M5 and im staking it with P6 the results amazing.My strengh has increased also my reps per set.This product gives you thats drive to push harder. My weight has increased 4.5 pounds in 8 days. I have tried all the others and not one can stand up to M5. If you want something that works witjout all that water weight M5 is the answer.

Im a senior in high school I had been using NO Explode for about a month and thought that nothing could compare to that product. I have recently purchased M5 Extreme and was completely surpised at how good it worked. It was way better than any other product i have used and my bench max went from 225 to 265 in a month! This product is amazing while taking protein after workouts. Highly Recommended!

I believe this is one of the better supplements I have tried. Pumps are incredible. Seeing how big your muscles get after a good workout and your hooked. Any supp. i tried after this was a let down.There was no crash or bad side effects and you can see noticable gains after a week. I added 45 lbs to my max bench in just one month.

i went from 163 to 201 lbs using the 2nd generatin cellucor stack kit in 2 cycles.. for all the n.o. xplode fans..sorry but its nothing but a load of caffeine included with the of the most unstable forms of creatine there is..sorry but try the CELLUCOR stack kit (2nd generation)..you wont be dissapointed.

I heard alot of hype about this product and IT'S ALL TRUE I have already gone from repping 165 to 175 on bench 185 to 275 on squat and my other excerises increased as well I also take American Whey and I am going to begin taking Nitrix and R3 this product is good for anyone looking to make gains in strength I look no differant though other then my muscles may be a little more plump but it could be all in my head

I have taken M5 by itself and it's very good but stacked with P6 is even better for gains. 1/2 to 1 full scoop prior to workout is what I use and that's plenty. I have tried more than that a few times but it's not necessary. Stacked with 2-4 P6's prior to workout is totally amazing. You get great energy, drive, focus and pump. I made gains like I never did before using black powder, Cell Tech (reg. or hardcore or Gakic). I stopped p6 for a month and was still doing just fine with only M5 but I stopped the M5 and didn't use it my last 2 workouts and my workouts clearly suffered. I couldn't lift with the same intensity and made no gains, even lost. Nothing is better than M5 and P6. Worth every penny and if you get it at a [] (non-corporate) you can get your money back if you hate it.

First let me say that I have been working out since I was 16, and am now 25 years old. If you are looking for a supplement that puts on lean mass, no water and increases strength dramatically, this is it. I have to be honest, I had never heard of Cellucor and was reluctant to drop 50 on it, but my buddy at [] tried it and had awesome results. Here we are on day 5 of taking this and I have gained 5 lbs already!!! I have garden hose veins starting to pop out. Don't be fooled by NO Xplde, if you want to look like ronnie coleman, all you have to do is spend $8,000 a month on growth hormone therapy, he didn't get that big from no xplde i promise you. This product in my opinion is far superior to other creatine forms. Good luck to all and buy some of this as an alternative to pro hormones.

This is by far the best creatine out. I work at a nutrition store so i know and have tried a tone of different things. This creatine does not bloat at all and does not make you cramp and does not dehydrate. Has pretty good preworkout stuff in it. But you do gain size over time and it does stay on for a while after your done using it. Better than any other creatine by far!!

I havnt tried M5 yet but i am about to start my first cycle. I take N.O Explode and it really helps in the begging, but after about a year i dont feel the same effect as i did in the begining. Also i heard that with M5 you dont have to load which is really nice because with N.O you had to drink a crap load of water. Another thign is that N.O has a possibity of conveting into creatinine which will eventually lead to kidney failure or liver damgage. M5 is the fist creatine that does not do this. So i think i may stop taking N.O and try M5 and R3 out. Hope this helps.

I have tried almost every type of creatine and Cellucor's M5 is by far the best. I hold pumps throughout each workout longer than i ever could before. i have to force myself to stop lifting because my muscles rarely fatigue. Best creatine mix ive had so far.

I have been using this product for about a month now and i would have to say it is the best suppliment i have taken. The energy boost is great, I used to get tired after being in the gym got an hour now im spending 2 hours plus there. After I finish this cycle im thinking about starting the whole stack since my friend is taking it now and is seeing great results.
