M5 stack

6 Jan 2008 - Kiley of Ohio, USA writes:

I am a Division 2 college football player and have experimented with many supplements (BSN, Celltech, etc.) and by far the best is the cellucor stack of M5,P6, and R3. I have incredible stamina and my gains and workouts have never been better. Worth every penny.

M5 good or bad?

17 Dec 2007 - Andrew of Indiana, USA writes:

im 18 and i started working out about the middle of my sophmore year. i started taking NO explode for about 4 months and at first u seem like your getting big fast...but after awhile it seemed to have lost it juice for (even when i would cycle it) like my body had became immune to it..i started using cellucor M5 extreme and although it tastes nasty it somehow works...ive been on it for about 2 weeks now and although i havnt seen any huge improvement like everyone else seems to testify to but i do notice a rush of energy and almost like your muscles are getting fluched with creatine it gave me pumps and modivation and im now getting peoples heads turning in the gym...i would recomend this to anyone who wants to pay the price.

M5

14 Dec 2007 - Louis of Ohio, USA writes:

Yes the taste of this stuff is discusting but I was talking to the [] owner and his brother is MR OHIO and he said that he just dry powders a scoop into his mouth and then drinks the 8oz of water I have found this to be alot easier than drinking it mixed in with water already because you have just and instant of the disturbing taste. This product is great I have been taking it for 3 days now and I can already feel a change in my workout example since I just started working out again I had sore as hell muscles but as soon as I took a scoop of M5 about 10mins later I was dieng to get going into my routine and I can tell that it gives me a good amount of energy in the mornings.

Worth the money!!!

13 Dec 2007 - Guy of Oklahoma, USA writes:

I have tried several different supplements including, NO Explode, NO Shotgun, a few other products and did NOT get the results M5 Extreme has given. I have noticed that I keep my pumps longer and mass has been AWESOME!!! This stuff tastes like a mixture of gasoline and coolaid, but it's worth it. Check it out!!!

Good Results

9 Dec 2007 - Josh of Oklahoma, USA writes:

I've been using a combination of Cellucor's M5 and GNC's DOMS Ease for a little over a month now. I haven't weighed in(before or after), however I look bigger and feel more confident. This is the first set of supplements I've ever tried, and also the first time I've actually worked out on a consistent routine. I don't know how much the M5 is actually boosting muscle growth, but it has definitely helped me be able to work out every other day without soreness. I find myself looking forward to my workouts, which I didn't before. That there is a reward enough for me. However, I may have been able to achieve similar results from any number of other supplements as well.

m5 is worth it id say

7 Nov 2007 - Dante of Illinois, USA writes:

I have been lifting for almost 1 1/2 years...I just started M5 and its been 4 weeks. I havent really gained any weight, I'm still at 170-175, but my weight and reps on chinups and close grip bench have increased along with my deadlift. I feel more focused mentally in the gym which helps my pumps and keeps me dialed in for my workout. As for the price it's high...but I got the money so oh well...never tried NO Xplode yet but maybe will when I finish M5 to compare the 2.

Weak sauce

6 Nov 2007 - Joe of Washington, USA writes:

For my money it is No Explode all the way. In fact, I cant believe it when I hear these two products mentioned together. M-5 does not match the same pumps that you get from No Xplode, a product created by a reputable companny BSN, which has won [] muscle builder of the year 3 years in a row. Most the posts on this page are from members of cellucor, or people who will profit from its sales. As far as supplements go, dont invest in cellucor and their overpriced over hyped product, but if you do want to try it, try it now, because I have a feeling the company wont be around much longer.

I give it an 8.5 out of 10

23 Oct 2007 - Aaron of Illinois, USA writes:

Overall a great product. Way better than the old creatine monohydrate. No bloating, no water retention, just pure creatine into the muscle. Gained fifteen pounds on my first cycle and had pretty good pumps from the product. The drawback is the price but if you can get a cheaper kre alkalyn creatine it would do the same because the kre alkalyn is what makes the difference. It's a good product and I would recommend giving it a shot.

M5 Extreme Rocks!

22 Oct 2007 - Edward of Pennsylvania, USA writes:

When I was first introduced to the M5 Extreme by a [] consultant, I was a bit skeptical. $60.00 is a lot of money for a supplement but I decided to give it a try. I purchased the powder and as I was told the taste was indeed horrible. However, the results have been great. After just two days, I tripled all of my daily exercises and weightlighting. If you want to gain muscle quickly, do not hesitate to purchase the M5 Extreme! This product truly rocks!

Stick with M5

6 Jul 2007 - Jim of Florida, USA writes:

I'm 34, constantly trying to get that muscle that everyone else wants who read these articles; I tried the M5 and I will try no other supplements besides Cellucor. They say it is pharmaceutical grade and I beleive it. I have had better gains with this product with much better intesity in the gym. It gives me the drive to attack every muscle group and go for that last rep with extreme feeling of strength. My physique has changed and I have been gaining the results I want; strength and bigger muscles. My arms and chest feel like their ripping through my skin when I'm at that peek session of my workout, you know, when your body is completely warmed up and you get that surge of power and strength about half way through. I get that every time and increasingly more every workout. Expensive yes, but I only take one scoop before every workout and that is it.

best so far

29 Jun 2007 - Victor of Alaska, USA writes:

(background: I'm 29 and I've been working out off and on for about 12 years) Well, I've never had the privilege of trying the powder form, but it doesn't sound like I'm missing much (as far as flavor goes). I bought the pills after I ran out of NO Explode, just to try something different. Didn't see much change until after about a month, then all of a sudden, it looked like I'm on steriods or something. Super fast results all at once. My back and chest exercises are already 15-20lbs heavier than they've ever been, without any change in routine. NO explode gave me a good pump for my workout, but M5 also did that, and I got better long term results. With the M5 pills there's a mildly bad taste to them, but nothing to be a baby about. I'd say it's a decent trade-off.

Mixed Results

12 Jun 2007 - Thomas of Washington DC, USA writes:

This product, in the powder form, helped me get some of teh best results i have ever gotten from a supplement. The taste was so horrible that after my can was done, i took the requisite 2 weeks off and bought the pills. Unfortunately, i have been taking the pills for about 10 days now and have not noticed any results or increased intensity in the gym like i had with teh powdered form. oh well, you win some you lose some i guess.

Good results, bad taste

23 May 2007 - Brian of Nebraska, USA writes:

I was really impressed with the results I have seen already. I have only used it regularly for 2 weeks and I have more results then I did with No-Explode and Super Pump 250. I actually got it for free because the retailer couldn't sell it because of its absolutely horrible taste. And I see what he was talking about, it tastes horrible, but I mix it with some juice before my workouts and that helps a bit.
