I've used this product for a month now lifting every other day and have seen pretty good results from when i first started working out. I definatly had a good pump during each workout and my veins have really popped out and stay like that constantly. The first couple of times i used it i felt a little jittery but after a couple of days i felt fine. The only other side effect i had was it turned my pee a lime color but it wasnt any big deal its just from all of the excess vitamins in the pill. Overall though i would buy it again and recommend it for people to buy if they are just starting out lifting weights and want to get pretty big; but its kindov expensive. Hope I Could Help

I've been using this product every day for two weeks now. The vitamins have been a beneficial improvement on my dietary routine. I'm not quite as hungry as I was, and I'm more eager to burn calories from the meals I eat. I'm not a health nut, so from the perspective of an average joe kinda guy, the supplement will increase your energy, will make you feel jittery without food, and you will lose weight quicker by exercising regularly and eating right with these supplements. Many multi's claim to do the same, so in conclusion, these are nothing special and you could probably find something similar for cheaper.

Training 4 days a week, an hour a day and wanted to make sure that I have all the vitamins I need. This is day two of taking the full packet of pills in the Mega Men Sport and I do not feel like myself at all. I have the jitters and feel very anxious. Might try to stick it out a full week just to see if things level off. It's like having a pot of coffee.

I have noticed several things about my energy level, metabolism, ability to manage wieght, etc. After being in a slump, I ended up at a GNC store and just asked the guy for some help finding some "old Man Pills" that will help me out a little. At fisrt the only thing I really noticed was the change in urine color. Then after about 3 days things really changed for me. My appitie seemed to be stable, really not craving things, now eating more out of social dates and habit, energy level is higher, I am a little more relaxed and after not really changing what I eat or excercise habbits, after just one week I have lost 5.3 pounds. I am thankful that I found something that works with my body and habbits. We are each different, some things work better for some than others. You might buy a smaller amount and give them a try for a week or two.
