Its OK

I took 2 bottles of this stuff. First off let me say that I did not gain a crazy amount of weight like 15-20lbs like some people say they did while on this. I gained 5 lbs. My muscles have become more hard too. I realize that everyone has different experiances, but unfortunalty I did not get that kinda gain. My diet consisted of roughly 3500 calories per day with about 300 grams of protein per day. What I did notice though is that I could lift TONS more then before. I will be experimenting with Universal M Stak and Stak 2, you know, stacking the Staks, see how that works. lol Overall this is a pretty good product, if Universal doesnt get better results i will definitly come back to this Like i said before everyone recats differently to certain things, best thing you can do is try it. Id recommend it to anyone of my friends

it does work if taken right with added supplements

I just got done with a 7 weeks cycle of Methyl 1-D and I gained 23 pound of solid muscle, and gained %35 in strength. Methyl 1-D boost my testosterone which is good for gaining muscle, I feel leaner, bigger, and stronger. I would definitely recommend taking something like Novedex or Formadrol after your 4 to 8 weeks cycle, and also take 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per pound something that have low calories and carbohydrates during the day and for post work out. Taking in a lot of carbohydrates early in the day is necessary to give your body sufficient energy during the day, and give your muscles a good pump during your work out. I would also recommend taking something like milk thistle or alovera juice when you are taking something this strong to protect your liver and also a good natural multivitamin. Brian []

i've been on methyl 1-D and also stacking with legal gears i-gh-1 for about 2 and a half weeks and gained a little bit in size but nothing like all the hype about it, but my strength has definitly gone up. i also havent noticed any side efects. im doing a 6 week cycle and if i still havent gained much size after that im going to look around for some different stuff

I started taking 1-d along with IGH-1 and i gained 20 pounds in three weeks. no joke, i just hit the gym 5 or 6 times a week for an hour and drank lots of protein. I would definately recommend this product as well as use it again!

Methyl 1-D is definately effective. I've seen people on some forums talking down on it, but something tells me they have no clue. One guy said it's nothing other than DHEA--what? I haven't noticed too much effect on definition but the increase in strength and mass is profound. I'd say around 3 times what it is without it, maybe more. As a lot of others said; if it doesn't work for you learn how to lift and take more protein.

For all who think this stuff doesn't work!

You must know what you are doing with your diet and routine. I've watched this stuff get HUGE gains for 4 of my friends. First...EAT ALOT and eat WELL. Lean protein and clean calories. Lay off the grease and junk as much as you can. Protein shakes are a good way to up your calories without filling up too much. If you want to get big you can't be afraid to eat! Second, lift often and heavy, but DO NOT lift every day!! A 4 or 5 day lifting cycle with 2/3 days on, day off, 2 days on. Working out too much doesn't allow your muscles to recover, obviously very important for getting big. Last, if you want to get cut, you need to do cardio. Do it in a 10 minute intense set 2 out of your 4/5 days in the gym. Don't do it on your off day!

Works Great

This is a great product for someone looking for significant strength gains, i used 2 bottles of this stuff with I gh 1 and I gained 12 pounds with my diet eating about 3000 calories a day. My maxs went up quite a bit in 8 weeks. bench from 225 to 260, squat from 265 to 315, curls from 40 to 50, push press from 145 to 175. The only bad thing was i had a little more anger than usual but overall a great product

one bottle

After trying one bottle, i know i am going to go back to this product. I grew in size in my chest and back while cutting fat percentage from 20 to 18% in the 3 weeks i took it. most of the gains came after the second week. so all in all wait for a week or so for it to kick in and you wont be disappointed. i cant wait to go back and do a real 8 week cycle of this

I've been using Methyl 1-D off and on for about 4 months and stacking with I-GH-1. I've gained about 15 pounds and lost 4 inches off my waist, I think this product is great not quite as good as Android was but I do recommend it if you're serious about lifting. If you've seen no resulsts I'd say you need to either learn how to lift or stick to running and calistetics. Thanks LG.

I personally tried pretty much all of the sports nutrition products and this one is by far the narliest one out.If your looking to gain some size then i suggest that you get on some 1-d its delicious. Also dont be afraid to go heavy stop lifting like a girl.

Well ive been on it for a week and a half now. Ive used alot of supplements before and this one far surpasses anything ive used. Im taking only 4 caps a day.. eating 22-2300 calories daily. Lifing heavy 5 times a week, and ive gained 3 pounds, but im getting more cut than i ever have before. I recommend it only to serious lifters who want to dedicate time lifting and eating healthy.

I just finished the cycle and gained about 15lbs in a month. U guys that had no gains either don't know how to lift or u r not eating enough calories and proteins. Without alot of protein u r just waisting your time. I've taken more than 5 cycles of real steriods and methyl 1-d works almost as well, but without the bitch tits. If it didn't work for u then ur doing something wrong. P.S. don't take SARM-X u will grow boobs!

since I was 15 I didnt know much about what is out there about supplements.Ive always worked out,didnt know how to get bigger,stronger,cut,etc. Ive tried everything,cell tech harcore to straight up protein and every thing else,Ive tried holodrol to arimatest and some other stuff,I have had some good results from them but all those compared is the same to me as one months supply of methyl 1-D and methyl does even better,I was stronger than i have ever been in my life,cut,bigger muscles etc, than those and other that I didnt mention on methyl.no joke,I'm going to be a bouncer and I know for a fact im going back to methyl 1-D,if you tried it and dont notice a dramatic result,you are not doing something right,its late,....peace,im off to bed

Great product

This is a great product. I've used it twice and I am getting ready for my fourth bottle. Kids that take this and are under 18 are gonna run into some problems here and there and don't recommend for them because they are still growing and their test levels are already high. So kids that are 16 and saying it doesn't work just stick to creatine and protien, but great product and will try methy masterdrol V2 here soon.

at first i was skeptical but after about a week i am definitely noticing my muscles getting bigger and more cut. i do hit the gym about 2 and a half to 3 hours a day but i notice a nice difference. and it definitely makes you raged up which is a plus if you need more motivation overall it is great but you also need a good diet and weight lifting routine or you wont notice alot of change

It Really Does Work

I've tried this product and it really does work. I took one bottle of it (a fifteen day cycle) and gained 10 lbs of pure muscle in those 15 days. Of course I was drinking 4 whey shakes a day (200g protein combined) along with 3 square meals everyday. But without 1-d i would never have been able to gain all that muscle and not see any fat added to my body. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to gain some serious muscle and some serious strength. Hope this review helps someone.

Listen. One bottle, no. You Must do the 3 bottle cycle. You also must eat like a champ and push weights like goliath. Switch up your routine every so often, alternate high/light reps with low/heavy reps. It's not a miracle in a bottle you clowns. It's an aid in your fitness goals. I am on bottle 3 and am really starting to see what it can do. It takes a little time yall. Get dedicated or go tryout for the cheerleading squad.

iv 17,6'1 been on just one bottle of methyl 1-d for about 3 weeks not taking on weekends ive been lifting everyday but not lifting on weekends i weighed 156 the day i started the first dose i now weigh 165 seen a great increase in size and strength
