Sorry to give a negative review, but I have tried far better creatine products and will not be buying this 1 again... 1st off, While i understand the need for insulin spikes i think having your product made up of 75% sugar a tad excessive, It'll give you a great boost for the 1st few minutes then the sugar crash will ruin the rest of your workout 2. Stomach cramps, my god i have taken 50g of pure creatine in a sitting before and never had the stomach cramps that 2 scoops of this will give you, Thats really only the 2 main problems with this product, It comes across to me as a product marketed to the gullible, who want a quick fix to fitness and have latched on to the word creatine, this product is majority useless crap, with a small amount of the creatine your seeking combined with enough sugar to screw up any form of diet you may be on My advice, Dont buy... make sure you look up the ingredients before you buy and find something out there with a higher percentage of creatine...
