im 36years old 5-10 i was 258.5 pounds type 2 diabetic very very very out of shape. ive been on pro nos for 8 days first 3 days i lost .5 a pound and the first full week 2 pounds total loss of weight 2.5 pounds in 8 days im 256 now so far so good this stuff works and it does not mess with my blood sugar reading. im feeling tight in all areas feels real good.real good remarks on pro nos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have always been lean except lower ab and back. i have been training for about 3 years and couldnt manage to lose two parts. so i came across this pro nos protein and decided to try. and i must say the result is excellent. i have been through 6 tubs (3lbs) now. and i have six packs and my back is much more defined than before. although i do not take recommended dosage. i take 1 hour before work out ( 1 and quarter spoon) and after work out ( 1 and quarter spoon). i have tried 4-5 diet pills before but must say for losing fat around abs. this product is much better than fat burners.

Been using this product for 2 months now and all i can say is its the best protein ive ever used. I dropped 10 pounds in a month following a good diet and hard workout routine. It tastes great as well, started with banana creme and recently switched to french vanilla creme. First protein i actually WANT to take.

yes its pricey, but PRO NOS is definitely worth it. i went on a patrol to south east asia where i used dutch chocolate. my gains were much faster than my shipmates, noticed my veins were protuding more and i had overall more energy. tried muscle milk as well but had to switch back because i thought muscle milk hurt my work outs. side note, now i use vanilla and i put 2 raw eggs in it (during breakfast) and assorted berries every time i take it and it tastes like a smoothie from jamba juice or smoothie king in comfort of my own home. i also use cookies and cream with just water when i work out on my ship and dont have the ability to use berries and eggs. absolutely delicious. i also recommend stacking. i take NOX9 and fish oil extraxt for more omega 3 fatty acids and muscletech's creatine pills. i started out at 5'10" 170lbs, i am now 205lbs and ripped.

Got to tell you i havnt tries soo many supplements in my life but I went and bought MRI Pro-Nos and it was pretty good. Tasted amazing and within the first week i lost nearly three to four pounds. I have seen some more veins popping out, but my weight lifting hasnt really accumulated that much. maybe like five to ten pounds. but overall its pretty good. the only thing is that its alittle pricy for only eighteen days.

A few days ago I purchased some Pro-NOS (Dutch Chocolate Royale) while at lunch. I was anxious to give it a test, so I decided to try it as soon as I got back to work. Two scoops, some water, and shake. The power dissolved quickly, and the consistency of the drink was like having a nice ready made shake. Now comes the taste test. The results were amazing. This is by far the best protein drink that I have found. Actually, it was so good I almost mad a second shake. Weight loss? This is my third day using Pro-NOS, and I have dropped three pounds.

This product is great. have been using it for a month now stacked with ce2 hi-def and have lost 15lbs and added 20lbs to all my reps when i lift. the taste is awesome and i never have stomach pains or feel bloated. i only take half the suggested use because 2 shakes is just to much and i still get great resualts.

I recieved a trial packet of Pro NOS prior to it's release at an NPC bodybuilding show in Dallas last year. I was hooked then on the taste and couldn't wait to get my hands on my own jug. When I was able to buy Pro NOS I have used it since then and nothing else. The only negative side is the price tag. But who said bodybuilding was cheap. Who can really say that the claims are what they claim to be but I have been able to maintain an 8% BF at 201 Ibs. at a height of 5'10. Recovery is great and it is easy on the digestive track unlike many proteins at 40plus Grams per serving. You get what you pay for.

I had a tub of Pro Nos but it was too expensive to keep buying. One tub lasted for only nine to ten days and so it wasn't long enough for me to feel the effects it claimed. I think its quality protein and it taste real good, like something you would buy in []. But like [] its expensive. Switched to Optimum 100% Whey...a lot cheaper at only .52 cents per serving and lasts almost two months with 3 servings a day with a 10lbs bag and also a [] award winner from 2005-2007.

I've been using Pro-Nos as a post-work out shake, I drink Nitro-Tech before a workout, to me awesome combination, Nitro-Tech by itself wasn't helping me recover, I woke up feeling very shitty the next day, when I added Pro-Nos to my diet my energy levels increased, wake up every morning like a brand-new person as if I never worked out, noticed definition within a week and half, I'm only 18 years old I've been an athlete my whole entire life and I've never felt so good after a decent work-out especially being a college student who sleeps on average about 6-7 hours. I read some of the other reviews and I agree, I've found myself fixing me and my girl a late-night shake on days I had'nt worked-out... learned to keep it away, get the picture, just kidding.. I bought French Vanilla Creme don't be afraid to add a banana or somekind of fruit.

Product is pricey but worth it. The taste is the first thing that you notice. It's a nice surprise for the money you just threw down. Secondly, the recoveries were really good. Soreness was minute and recoveries for the next day were quick. As for the pump, I took it with and without NO2 to see if it was that great on it's own. Not so great without the NO2 on delivering a good pump, but with it, best pumps I've had. All in all i give this product an 8.5 out of 10. Worth the money on it's own, worth more if you take it with NO2.

I have taken MRI PRO-NOS for about a month. I can tell you that I haven't really gotten any strength gains or vascularity, but this protein tastes so good that sometimes i cant help making a shake and drinking it with my dinner, even if i didnt work out. I did notice that i have lost a few pounds and become more cut while on this protein though. I only use one scoop, not the serving size because its expensive and only comes with 32 servings. I got the cookies and cream

I tried a tub of this stuff and it tasted pretty good. I really am not sure these claims on the label are for real though. I doubt it tho. It doesn't tell you what the "MRI proprietary whey blend" consists of (like which form of protein is the most abundant and how much of it is in there compared to other forms.) which I thought was kind of suspect. If you follow the recommended serving size then the stuff will only last like a week and a half and since it costs about fifty dollars it might not be worth it. I probably won't buy it again just cause of the price - too much to pay for protein...

I have used 4 jugs of Pro Nos with considerable strength and size gains...also with gains in weight. It says that it decreases body fat...I work out 5 days a week with 30-40 minutes of cardio a day and eat healthy. But, taking this product 3 times a day increased my caloric intake by about a 1000 extra calories. I would recommend if you are looking to add weight as well as strength.

First of all, nothing works overnight. I am over 40 and have found this product to work. I have slimed down a little and this does keep the hunger pains at bay. I think the biggest boom is the taste, it really is good. I doubt this was ever designed to be a weight gainer [read the label guys]. It is worth a try. I think your money would be beter spent on this product than on more sleveless t-shirts.

Ive been using this product for about 5 weeks and all i can say is that it is pure shit... worst protein ever such lies marketers say.. protein is protein u cant mix it with n02 and get the same results its a scam people. You are way better off just using a regular protein that does the job and is way cheaper and actualy does something that it is told to do like 100% gold standard.
