It tastes deliscious...because of all the fat and sugar. It's great for smaller people looking to add, although there are much leaner and healthier choices.

I just ordered MM do to all the hype it has gotten. One of my buddys takes it right now and it smells delicious(chocolate milk). I have always taken 100% optimun whey, which was good, but now hoping MM will win me over. Sounds like to take a shake after a workout(I perfer 2 scoops) and one scoop before bed. I have been reading all of these reviews and don't know where people buy their tubs at, because I got a 5 lbs one for only $37...just got to look online for the cheapest price. I will also be stacking this with plasmajet..big hype as well! Conclusion: I look forward to taking this as I am a college football player who is looking to gain muscle mass and some size; right now 212 lbs...lookin for 220-225 lbs. for next season.

I've been using MM for approx. 2 yrs. with great results. Weight is up, body fat down and it actually taste very good. I personally like choc. carmel pecan, 1 scoop, 1 tbl. spoon reg. peanut butter 1 pkg plain instant oatmeal, 6-7 ice cubes 1/2 banana, and water (not milk)don't shake it, put in blender and you will love it. (cookies and cream also very good)

I have been using MM for about 6 months and have seen very impressive results. I went from 183lbs to 210lbs. My bench increased from 205lbs to 325lbs. I stacked it with SARM-X, creatine, glutamine, T-Bomb II, and whey protein; so it wasn't MM alone, but protein is the most important base supplement. At a hefty price of $85.99 for 5lbs from [] it is not the most affordable, but it is well worth it. It works very well and the taste is exquisite. Yeah I used exquisite. Ha. I definently recommend Muscle Milk. I use vanilla, but apparently cookies and cream is good too.

I really like the Muscle Milk product. I am a wrestling coach and have my wrestlers drinking it as part of their off season training routine. Many of my wrestlers don't get the required amount of portein becuz they just don't always eat right. Without getting the proper grams of protein in your diet it's tough to gain muscle and strenght, so dirnking muscle milk is an easy way for my wrestlers to be sure their getting their daily requirement of protein and they all love the taste! It's a great supplement for any athlete.

I'm a high school runner and I found myself needing to add some muscle mass before the next Track season. After eating all those Christmas desserts, I decided to get serious and start training. I began to hit the gym every other day with the rest of the New Years revolutioners. I found Muscle Milk at a vitamin store and I bought two tubs: Orange Creme and Chocolate Malt. My dad was looking for something to replace his boring whey protein mix. I need to take in about 4,000 calories a day to maintain my way, and Muscle Milk did the job. I ended up gaining 15 pounds of muscle and I lost 5 pounds of fat. Both my dad and I love the great flavors and awesome benefits!

I recently had a tonsilectomy, adenoidectomy, and septums corrected. I lost over 10 pounds in 3 days and my friend (a personal private trainer) recommended this for the calorie intake. Well, I've been using it ever since and have maintained my weight perfectly while gaining all muscle. Well, only 5 pounds, but the difference is noticeable. I used to use target's slimfast as a meal replacement when I didn't bring a lunch or for breakfast, but this stuff works better. Just as long as know how much you are eating and how much of this in calories you take, you will be fine. As for it being a weight gainer, like I said, it is all about how much regular food you eat during the day, at one time, etc. common sense.

The real deal is right here. I have used alot of protien drinks but this one is just tremendous! I also really recommend CytoGainer if your trying to really put on some mass. But if you want to add about 5 pounds of solid lean mass....look no further. Every guy should use this!

I am absolutely in love with Muscle Milk. I am using it while deployed and man am I loving it. I have gained muscle at an alarming rate and it seems no matter how hard I train I am never sore the next day. I talk about this stuff so much that my fellow soldiers say that they all say that I should be sponsored by Muscle Milk. Great stuff man.

Muscle milk is probably the best tasting protein powder out there. It differs with it's addition of healthy fats and is a little pricey, but it's good!

This stuff is great for a bulking phase due to the higher calories and nice balance of macronutrients(fat, protein, carbs). With work and school...I found it hard as hell to put down enough calories to add some muscle, and that's where Muscle Milk came in. It cookies n' cream and bananas in cream are my favorites and taste amazing, the peanut butter chocolate was just ok. Would use as a before bed shake, or early in the morning and not post workout because it's a blend of fast and slow protein, and post workout you want all fast. That and it has fat, which delays stomach emptying, resulting in protein & glycogen getting to your muscles slower post workout. Before bed is perfect....let your body recover while you sleep. Sometimes I'll throw some ice cubes, MM, and milk into a blender, and it almost tastes like ice cream...except for a slight ice crunch....AWESOME!!!

I have been using Muscle milk for some time now and the taste are great. I use the Chocolate milk, but you do have to shake the holy hell out of it to get the lumps out. sometimes even use a spoon to break out the lumps. The gains are great but I feel bloated after. You have to adjust you fat intake when your on this protein to see the best result!!!!!

This is a great protein. I just dont think its the best for post workout...too much fat and it has alot of caseininates in it. After workouts you want a fast absorbing protein like whey. Thats why i bought cytosport complete whey. I now take muscle milk before bed. But the tast of muscle mile is AMAZING you can beat it.

Ok, I bought this product because the advertisment of "lean muscle Mass" and the "fat burning" ingredients on the tub. Im taking hydroxycut hardcore for the fat loss so I know im kinda contradicting myself but it seems to be working. Im definantly gaining muscle mass due to this product. But as mentioned in other reviews, think more of a weight gainer but the hydroxycut I think is cutting that out because Im still losing body fat. In Final, if looking to gain muscle mass, be a good product.

I've been using this product for 3years.1-10 scale =9. Each persons results are different because factors like a persons metabolism, when they take the product, and workout instensity all are different. workout regimen has changed a few times. Year1: workout-(total body, 3 hrs in gym, 4x a week) Gains: (Moderate size and strength due to length of work out. Bodyfat% from 8%-6%) Conclusion:Works, I should have lost muscle instead of gained. Year2:WO-(2 m.groups, 2 hrs,5 days week) Gains:(More size and strength.6%-5% bodyfat) Conclusion: If workouts were less time would have had huge gains. Yr3 1st half: WOs:(1.5 hours in gym,3x week.) Gains:(Significant size, strength, cuts but little weight gain) Concl'n: Size gains depend on workout. Shorter and more intense = bigger size Yr 3 2nd half: Used MM Lite (8/10): WOs: same as above Results: Not much size but great cuts. Taste not as good as regular MM. Cost=high-check online for cheap Concl'n:great for cuts

Fisrt of all, this product only has 6g of sugars, so im not sure what planet the reviewer below me is on, but that is next to nothing. Second, if you work out hard the "fat" in MM (which are MCT fats that DO burn easily, and are almost NEVER stored in your body) help you to build muscle. Alongside its amazing taste, it has helped me build muscle and keep fat down to a minimum. I am lactose intolerant and have never been bloated or had any stomach problems, which is rare for most of these powders. As far as im concerned, this cannot be the same product as reviewed by the person below. 10/10 in my book.

I've gone through about 3 full tubs and about to finish my 4th soon. This product has 18 grams of fat and gets your stomach bloated although it says that you can burn fat and not store. If you want something that is very sugary, lots of flavors, and gain fat. Muscle Milk is good for you. This item is a little past the average marker (nutrition, quality, and value). I say try to find something that is great though!

I have been using Muscle Milk for years and have yet to find a better tasting protein supplement on the market. I'm not into a lot of fancy flavors and pretty much stick with chocolate and vanilla because you can add fresh fruit and egg whites and still have a good taste. I mix mine up in a mason jar and it is never lumpy or sticky. I found that when I order from [], the cost is very affordable. I usually don't use MM precontest due to the fat content. I reccommend this supplement to everyone in our gym and most everybody likes it too. I competed for the fisrt time at the ripe old age of 56. I walked away with 5 trophies from 4 contests. I'm a bodybuilder for life now and will be slamming down a lot of Muscle Milk to keep me winning.

MuscleMilk has been a supplement that I have used and loved for the past 2 years. I have cycled on and off of it, stacking it with various things (NO Xplode, Trac, Black Powder, etc.) and regardless of what I stack it with, results are always good. The taste is great; I have tried several flavors and liked them all, and it will help you gain mass but NOT fat (provided you are in the gym pounding the weights, not checking out the girls on the treadmills). I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. As for the dudes drinking 3 a day, theres really no need to drink more than 2 a day provided you are eating a high protien diet, get one down in the morning then one after you lift and you will be fine.
