Myoplex has worked great for me. You have to find the flavors that are right for you. It is thick with the consistency of cake batter. I always add more water than required. This stuff does give your a great even-energy feeling all day if taken as directed. JS

The Myoplex does and always has worked wonders for me. However the developers cannot seem to get it through their thick head that most athletes dont want a thick nasty tasting shake. On the other hand it is much nicer when it mixes easy stays as thin as water and thus can be consumed quickly so that there is only one session of after-taste per serving. However, as I said for the egg white drinkers this stuff does work.
