well i used vapor for the last 3 months and it's still working. i after month 2 it did't make my gut go crazy. it's one of the best prework out supplement i've tried. my max on bench went from 500 to 550 and still going up.i would recommend at least tring it for two month before trying anything else.

I have been using NanoVapor for about a month now and have been exposed to some outstanding results. I have gained good size and about 15 to 20 solid pounds in one months use. I have noticed some simular results to NoXplode in regards to how much energy I get during a workout but I have noticed that I have felt a little stronger during workouts with NanoVapor. I have also noticed that I don't seem to be building a tolerance to NanoVapor like I did while taking NOXplode. i did have some interesting side effects such as a itchy burning feeling and a little numbness in my lips and some minor stomache pains which I figured was from have to take the stuff on an empty stomache but I found that if you make sure to drink a lot of water my stomach felt better all in all i would say that this is a great product to train with.

Big hype on this product, decided to try it. It seemed ok for the first part of my workout but after about an hour or so I got brutally tired. I later went home and past out extremely hard. I figured I was just tired from that day but when it happened again the next day i took it back. plus it hurt my gut. 2 best are super pump 250 and MHP extreme trac n.o. Get it straight.

Well let me tell u something it gave me an amazing feeling in the gym.I worked on Biceps like never before, then after 45 min of cardio I went back to hitting the biceps again. The down side is my stomach and the runs. but it was worth it.

The first time i tried this supplement i felt really good. My workouts were amazing got good pumps and didnt get tired. I was energized and you could tell a difference. but the side effects arent that good. I usually got headaches and couldnt go to sleep but my opinion is if you wanna get big go on this

It gives you a crazy intensity right before you workout and helps you hit the weights hard. I wouldn't start out with a high dosage because this stuff is powerful. I haven't had any side effects other than the awful taste but that can be overlooked by the results.

You get good results from hard work. I hit the gym 10 times a week and this is what gets my through. nothing cna stand up to what i do. it's for serious lifters who need focus. 2 hours will go by, my skin will feel like it streching and i'll feel like i've only been in the gym for about 20 minutes. if you wanna push yourself over the edge, take nano vapor.

I recently started taking NaNO Vapor and I have to say the results and effect on my workouts are amazing. I only take one scoop with 8 ounces of water and have the most intense workouts, the first time I took it I worked out for 4 hrs. The only reason I left the gym that day was not becasue I was tired but because I had been there so long. This stuff is the BEST supplement I have ever taking and plan to take it indefinately. I wouldn't want to workout without it, the massive pump and endurance is THAT good. I have read other reviews about bad taste, nausea or dizzness. I have not experienced any of those but then again I take it in moderation. I would swear by NaNO vapor. I now look forward to intensified, better and more energetized workouts. Rick

this product works very well, it made my skin feel like there were needles in it.it is an awesome feeling and works very well, it also gave me huge pumps that lasted atleast 15 minutes but i experienced many nose bleeds because of the vaso dialator, i stop taking it and i had zero nose bleeds so i know for sure that it was nano. overall worth getting

When I first tried the product, I went with only one scoop as directed 15 minutes prior to training. I did no cardio before my training and I didn't see/feel any difference at all. I taked about this to a friend of mine wich owns a supplements store. He recommended 2 scoops 15 minutes before training and at least 15 minutes of light cardio to kick it in. That was the answer. It did extrordinary results, massive pump, over awareness. All WEIGHTS went up after that. I take every training now. Watch for side effects such as nausea wich I get after every trainings. Can last several hours.

I started taking this product about a month ago and have definitely gotten positive results. I have gained 10 pounds as a hard gainer and experienced increased strength and energy in the gym. However make sure to follow the instructions on dosage and water intake. Don't get overambitious; I as a little guy at only 150 cant really stomach much more than a scoop so start small.

This stuff is great and I don't feal like a crack-head like when taking NO-Xplode. Don't get me wrong I like No-Xplode, but if your stomache is really EMPTY and you take No-Xplode you either feel really hungry, and/or overly caffeinated. When I take Nano Vapor I feel pumped, but not cracked out of my mind. Plus I can take it late and not worry about not sleeping later. The taste is like cough syrup mixed with windex window cleaner, but just add a little sugar to it. So No-Xplode is way better in taste. Nano Vapor is pretty powerful stuff, the first time I took it I onlt took the one scoop then because I'm a Jack a$$ I took another scoop during my workout to see what would happen since I take 2 scoops of the No-Xplode. 48 yo, 6'2", 240 lb. I started off with a single scoop. Despite a little bit of stomach upset soon after taking it (which quickly passed), I found it to help me lift more, for longer, without any burnout whatsoever. I lift heavy every other day for two hours, topping it off with 40 minutes of cardio. Vapor allowed me to sail through it all far easier than without it. My lifts, endurance and muscle mass improved considerably as well. My ideal dose is about a scoop and a half - never as much as three! The taste is tolerably bitter and they try to mask it with a load of artificial sweeteners. Bottom line, I'm in better shape than most guys 20 years or more younger than me and feel that Vapor helped me get there quickly. I'm gonna go snag some more right now and pass on the NO Xplode I was considering trying.

I must admit that I usually would start to struggle in the middle of my fourth set of benching but this product gave me the energy to power through with no problems. Since I workout at night, I wasn't able to sleep at all after taking the supplement. My recommendation is to only take this stuff in the morning but maybe its just me.

Wasn't a big fan of Muscletech after my run with many of their products and stacks. A salesman convinced me to give this product a shot and I took his advice with a grain of salt, but bought it anyway. I was happily surprised to find that this stuff really does pump you! The mental focus, while not as crazy as they claim it will be, was definately there. The vascularity effects from this product are better than any NO supplement I've tried. My veins were poppin out better than ever! Only side effect I had was a small amount of nausea, probably due to its creatine content. Maybe Muscletech's trying to fix its reputation, who knows. Call me a liar, but all I have to say is that this stuff is awesome.

First NO-type i ever took, and taking 2 scoops th first day was a bad idea! i almost threw up running to the weightroom on campus. But once my stomach settled down, i felt so much more energetic than ever before in the weightroom! it was like having an adrenalin rush the whole time! I lift 2 hrs 6 days a week, and i never will willingly lift without NaNoVapor again! Taking 2 scoops i get huge muscle pumps when i lift hard!! If you don't lift hard, then this isn't gonna work, it's meant for hard lifting!! i used my roomate's NO Xplode, and it just didn't work for me. Ive been hitting the weights 3 times a week for the last 4 month and only taking whey protien and creatine simutaneously. I was looking for something to give me an extra pump. Today I took 1 scoop of the Nano Vapor. I bought the blue raspberry fusion. After mixing it, the nano became slighty foamy. Note this, I took it on an emtpy stomach as directed. I expierenced an extra rush of energy, but not convince it wasn't just the caffine in it. it did last my whole workout (1 hour) but afterwards I was lightheaded. I did feel a little nausea, and threw up a little. I suggest mixing a lower amount, about 3/4 scoop with 4 oz. water to minimize the side effect. overall, decent product.

Hieye. I tried this product just yesterday. It was the first sup I took, but as a boxer and regular weightlifter i decided to give it a try. I liked it. Im not sure if it is all mental, but I found myself to be very intense. I couldn't lift more then what I normally do, but that could be because I took two weeks off. It didn't make me sick or anything. Also, it should be known that taste has nothing to do with the product
