MuscleTech Nano Vapor

Supplement Reviews - Page 2 of 5

bad experience

29 Mar 2008 - John of Illinois, USA writes:

I tried nano vapor and didnt find it to be the least bit helpful. Almost instantly after taking only one scoop i felt jittery and light headed. During my workout i couldnt concentrate and felt nervous and shaky. I couldnt handle as much weight on the bench as i normally could because i felt so unstable. After a half hour i felt nauseas and extrememly tired. I tried to be patient with it and tried it again the next day but got the same result. I get a similar feeling when i drink energy drinks but nano vapor messed me up pretty bad. I would not recommend it to people who are sensitive to caffeine. I know a couple guys who take it and like it but it wasnt for me. I think I'll try cell tech next.

Great Product

28 Mar 2008 - F1ERC3 of Ohio, USA writes:

This stuff is insane, I've noticed an increase in size, strength and reps since taking this a month ago. My pumps last for a decent amount of time and I've noticed my concentration and energy has increased. It lacks in the taste department kind of bitter but pinch your nose and chug as I do. I haven't had any side effects except for some gas, but thats almost a guarantee with any supplement you take.

terrible side effects

26 Mar 2008 - matt of New Jersey, USA writes:

I wanted to cycle off no explode because after several months i felt i developed a tolerance and was wasting money. For about a week or two the vapor gave me instantaneous incredible energy and pumps. After 2 weeks or so i would come home from the gym and want to die, the post workout crash was terrible. I would lay on the couch and was unable to even drink my protein shake. I would then be up till 4am staring at the ceiling because i could not sleep and was horrificly itchy. I read the back of the container and realized i was hit with every possible side effect the damn thing listed. Maybe i just reacted badly to the product but the side effects were absolutely terrible for me

Good Stuff

24 Mar 2008 - Tom of Missouri, USA writes:

This product really works, I was immedieatly able to add on 5 pounds on the bench press each week, also, when doing many forearm exercises, veins get very large and entertaining to look at while resting in between sets. In addition, it added a good amount of focus and helped me wake up so I could concentrate more then I usually could. Overall, this is a creatine, don't expect massive superhuman results when you take it, it only helps you gain more reps and sets when you work out while giving you a good pump.

The only review you need to read

22 Mar 2008 - Rich of Wisconsin, USA writes:

Its like crack, hits you the second you drink it. Gets you jacked up, but doesnt give pump that NO explode does. Makes you not want to stop working out during workout. Does make you crash, also dimishing returns on "jacked" factor after 2 weeks. It is a great supplement if you want to increase your workout intensity/length

MRI N30...way better

20 Mar 2008 - Courtney of Kansas, USA writes:

I tried naNO vapor, and was very dissapointed. I had been off of no xplode with good results for a little over a week. The only time I ever felt any thing from this product was the first day when I got a small pump, and very warm. Other than that I crashed everytime I took it. I returned it to [] and got MRI N30, with about a tenth of the ingredients, but gets my workouts going way more than naNo Vapor.

vapor ehhh

18 Mar 2008 - Rob of Ontario, Canada writes:

ok lemme first start off that i am an offical "muscletech" sceptic. so after doing alot of asking around about the product i gave it a shot. so last night i had my first work out on vapor, now i dont know if its cuz its been a while since a had a liquid NO product but this stuff had a kick to it. a good one. the focus, intensity were there. the only thing that kinda disapointed me was the pumps wernt what i expected. but what i really liked about nano is that it kicks in quickly! simply put first use was great will post at end of cycle.

Ugh

I tried the nano vapor for 3 days straight and I haven't had any good pumps from it yet. A plus is that the grape tasted pretty good.

Worth a look (0) (0)

13 Mar 2008 - Karlos of England, UK writes:

Tried NO-Xplode and was overall impressed with the results and thought Muscletech's Nano Vapour would be worth a shot. I originally ordered the orange flavour which was gross and bought another tub of fruit punch which is much nicer to sink and managed to work myself from 75Kgs on my bench to 100kgs ! and I've been training consistantly for a year. To compare BSN and muscletechs offerings directly I would say that Nano Vapour seemed to work quicker (within seconds of drinking) although effects felt like they'd finished before my workout and NO-Xplode took longer to kick-in but the energy was more sustained. With the orange flavour Nano I began mixing it with lemonade NO-Xplode and let me tell you that is something else !! :0 If your rich and crazy try the combo but to sum up I would say NO-Xplode for the long light (almost aerobic) style traininig and nano for the heavy, intense short sessions. ;D

Moderation

10 Mar 2008 - Jake of Indiana, USA writes:

This works great for about a month then it begins to wear off so you need to cycle every two months to see good results. Also don't take more than two scoops per serving because you will get diarria and headaches.

wow

3 Mar 2008 - matthew of North Carolina, USA writes:

This product was the only one that ever rivaled the ephedrine/caffeine combination I used to use. It creates an intense feeling of energy and delivers on the pump action of the veins; but that is because you are pushing yourself so hard, not from the supplement directly. I am a kick boxer, so I never lift more than three times per week. I take only on weightlifting days; two to three times per week. If you take this product more than that or if you keep upping up dose; which I would not suggest, than you will likely feel negative side effects. This is the case with most pre-workout supplements. They are not supposed to be taken every day. And the gains are a byproduct of the intensity of the workout; supplements will do nothing without the work. There is no way around the work! It is the best I have tried.

Well,,,,

2 Mar 2008 - erik of Connecticut, USA writes:

My friend gave this to me becasue he said it made his stomach sick so I gladly took this product off his hands. I used it the first week with ok results. Out of six workouts in the first week about 3 seemed to be of abnormal intensity. I dont know if energry and pump would best describe the feeling; it more just cleared my head of all thoughts and my body was just going through the motions. I workout at about 10pm so sleep was a concern but it actually helped me sleep by clouding my thoughts. The second week I went to 2 scoops and I had bad cramps and sharted 3 times. I recomend staying with 1 scoop.

Eh...

27 Feb 2008 - Jake of Illinois, USA writes:

I bought NaNO Vapor a few months ago. Never really got into using it too much. It had a really bad side effect of making me extremely tired during my workout. So tired to where I could barely keep my eyes open. It doesn't really give you the extra power you need either. I'm going to give this product a few more weeks to work. If that doesn't work, I'm going to find something that does work. So far, nothing has worked better for me than generic creatine.

Worked in the beginning

26 Feb 2008 - Ryan of Hawaii, USA writes:

Nano Vapor started off great. For the first week I had some good energy but it didn't last long after that. Also the taste was pretty bad. I never tried it again.

CRASH!!!

26 Feb 2008 - Andrew of Florida, USA writes:

Tried NaNo Vapor for about a month and have not been impressed at all. First week it gave a decent pump, not as much as the ads have hyped though. Then after about a week to ten days I started crashing something terrible after my workouts, and recenly even during them. Ilowered my dosage to 1 scoop, but it didn't seem to do anything. I have crashed so bad sometimes that I can't drink any protein after lifting, so I actually LOST weight. I'm no caffeine sensitive, I drink at least two cups a day, so it must be something else. Also the pumps decrease substantially after about two weeks . Not happy at all with the product. Should have stuck to NO-xplode. Don't waste your money on overhyped junk.

I do not reccomend

25 Feb 2008 - Matt of Rhode Island, USA writes:

This nano vapor product has a lot of hipe. It was good for me the first two times I used it then it was downhill from there. I would start to feel horrible. Pounding headaches, horrible stomach aches and the feeling I was going to vomit. I wouldn't even last an hour in the gym I'd be in the locker room dying. It doesn't go down too good either me and my friend call it the nano zing. It goes down like an electirc shock in your throat. A thick bad textured shock. I would go a different way other than this product.

Is the benifit worth the cost ( not just money )

18 Feb 2008 - Vinnie of New York, USA writes:

i have tried every lifting supplement out there to be gain strength. I have used naNO vapor on 2 different occassions. The first time i used it i had great results for about a week with the intensity, but after a while it gradually wore off. With my second trial of the naNO vapor about 3 months later, the same thing occured. I felt as though i was getting stonger on the formula, but toner as well which is what i was looking for. This formula also causes me to get crazy mood swings. sometimes its a risk you are willing to take with getting stonger, but it effects the people around you. is it really worth being grumpy and getting mood swings all the time around the people you care for most?

Not good. Stopped working, started to feel bad.

16 Feb 2008 - Nick of Michigan, USA writes:

Nano vapor worked for about 2 weeks, and then it sucked. It gives me bad headaches now. I think there is some trace ingredient in it that, once it builds up in your system, is really bad for you. It tastes terrible. Plus, the AMOUNT OF POWDER per dose is much larger than noxplode and fasttwitch, so you are drinking more powder (that tastes really awful) than you would otherwise. Here's what I would suggest: (1) if you must take some sort of NO supplement, go for a more reputable manufacturer. (2) DON'T TAKE THE MAX DOSAGE. When I was taking 3 scoops, I noticed a dependency forming. I suggest that you take less so that you don't get hooked. Taking a supplement like this is no substitute for discipline and hard work. GET GOOD SLEEP AND EAT ORGANIC FOODS INSTEAD OF USING THIS STUFF. If you want energy, try doing a bit more high impact cardio on your off days.
