im 19 and im 6'4" ,i weight 200 and max with a 350 bench press and ive been taking supplements for the last 3 years i started out with no explode....im now rotating between the two....nano vapor has a more potent formula and is cheaper than explode but explode tastes 5 times better....as far as benefits id say there both about the same and i rotate with the two each buy...another key benefit to vapor is stacking with its right hand product Anabolic halo, if you stack these two products with creatine on the side you should be straight

naNO vapor was the first NO product i had everytried. At first it was some good stuff but your body grows more tollerent to the product fairly quick, requiring you to take higher and higher ammounts of it. I went through a tub. I got some growth pumps were just okay after the first week. after that i switched to blackpowder and i nmy opinion a much better product and you only need 1 or 2 scoops im on my third tub of it. All in all there are better products that are cheeper and more effective out there

NaNO Vapor can really benefit you, IF you use it properly. If you don't take it on an empty stomache and drink lots of water, you will feel sick to your stomache and possibly get a headache and or dizzyness. If you follow the directions you will see great results. I swear by NaNO Vapor. Alot of people like no explod, but one of the main problems is that its container is clear, and the light exposure negatively effects the supplement. NaNO Vapor is the way to go.

i tried NanoVapor after hearing it was better than BSN's NoXplode. i was tempted by the "zero wait time", as NoXplode takes about 15-20mins to get me going. NanoVapor just failed. no pumped feeling, and certainly no mental motivation, NanoVapor doesnt make you want to train like NoXplode does, there is no kick. All NanoVapor did was make me extremely drowsy. oh, dont be fooled by the huge NanoVapor tub, its only half filled.

I didn't know what to expect when trying Nano Vapor. The first time I used it, it hit me in a matter of seconds and I was pumped. The second you start lifting your muscles get nice and warm and never get tired. I've been on it only about a week now and my bench has gone up 10 lbs. I only weigh 140 but got my bench to 230 and expect to be alot higher pretty soon. Don't use more than one scoop and drink lots of water while lifting to not get cotton mouth and to prevent fatigue. Blue Rasberry is the best flavor. Highly recommend Nano Vapor.

I used this product expecting great things. The [] people said it was the best thing ever. Wow, were they wrong. At the very best you get a little light headed. I used the maximum scoops and nothing changed. Don't waste your money.

I have been taking this product now for 1 month and have noticed the most amazing results. Be cautious of increasing the dosage. This might be the problem of those who say that they have stomach problems and headaches. Do what the instructions say and please take on an Emty Stomach and you will enjoy this product!

I work out with 2 guys 3 times a week for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Me (47)- 1 scoop - good results - good gains - good intensity- good endurance, still at 1 scoop after 1 month. Side effects - a couple of nausea spells , the first 2 times I felt very hyper this went away about after 1 week (4 workouts) Jay (36) - 1 scoop - good intensity - minor gains - good endurance - no side effects Ray (31) - 2 scoops - minor intensity - no noticeable gains. My point is obvious.. if it works for you then you be the judge. I also take Halo after each workout. for me it works.. a bit pricey but I will use it until it no longer works.. ct

Nano Vaopr is a decent preworkout product, if you can get past the negatives. The Good- decent pumps, good energy in the gym, decent increase in strength and endurance, and so far it has helped with size gains. The Bad- expensive, some stomach cramping, crazy crash at the end of the workout. The Ugly- out of nowhere I broke out in a heat rash from takinmg Nano Vapor. It wasnt uncomfortable, but it has never happened before and it was a bit unsightly.

This product is amazing. I work, go to school, spend time with family and friends and go to the gym, needless to say I have a lot to handle. The gym is my getaway zone, NaNO Vapor is the best pre-workout supplement I've taken so far. It gives me the pumps and concentration I need to workout. It blocks everything out of my mind and gives me an energy rush for a more efficient workout.

I love pre-workout supplements. They give you motivation and an extra boost in the gym. I have tried super-pump, animal pump, no-xplode, black powder, altered state and Nano vapor. I liked them all to an extent except for Nano Vapor. I STRONGLY recommend that you be very careful when it comes to this supplement. My lifting buddy and i decided to try it about a year ago. I started using naNO VAPOR about a month and a half ago and at first it really messed me up. I had been taking cellucor's M5 before this and although it worked alright I wanted to try something else. For starters, nano vapor really screwed up my stomach, much more so than other supplements. I also noticed a significant rise in my heart rate even pre workout when I took this, which I didn't like and haven't experienced with other supplements. Results have been mixed, I'm lifting slightly more but no fantastic results. Definitely stronger than something like NO explode, but I wouldn't recommend it just because of all the problems.

I started using NaNo Vapor last year - and it undeniably has proven to be beneficial during the workouts (big pumps) and after (long term growth.) I highly recommend it. I will continue to use it. If you are doing intense tri-sets and supersets, it is fantastic.

I've tried the Vapor product for the past two weeks and I thought it has done a good job. My brother wont lift without it, but I think that is part of the mental aspect of it as well. It worked almost instantly which is good and the flavor was superior to any other preworkout drinks. I did experience dizziness when I wasnt lifting but when I was I was fine. So it DOES make you work out which is the main goal. I wouldnt suggest taking it everyday because your body will get used to it but just on days when you really dont feel like even being in the gym.

i decided to give this a try because of the outragous claims. ive tried NO Xplode, and decided that with nano vapor id be steppin it up. the first week was amazing, pumps everywhere, and sustained for hours after. but after that first week, i had to go to 3 scoops almost right away, and even then i barely felt anything and i would be in the bathroom 5 or 6 times a day. if you dont lift or take supps very often, youll probably love it, but if you push yourself in the gym with supps, i wouldnt recommend it at all. way to pricey for not that great a job.

Pros- Massive pump, energy and intensity. Works within 15 minutes of taking it. Taste is not bad compared to other pre-workout N.O. supplements. If you have a correct cycle (for me 3 weeks on 1 off for three months) it continues to work very well with out your body getting used to it. Cons- Really bad crash after your workout. A very expensive product. You have to increase your dosage 1 scoop about every week and a half. If you're not used to the large amounts of caffeine and guarna, you will get severe headaches. I think the key with most supplements is drinking enough water, it will decrease the side effects of cramps and dehydration. If you are looking for a solid N.O. pre-work out supplement the pro's for sure exceed the cons.

ive been taking it for 2 weeks and have VERY different effects and PROBLEMS on the good side i had very good pumps on the bad side the crash is STUPID after the gym i have fallen asleep in the bath plus during intimate time with my bf .also in the gym during a leg day everthing was going well until i hit the squats then the real problems started infact hell broke loose within my bowls, i got down mid squat and thought i needed to poop but thought nothing of it next squat i let off two huge farts and the one after that i followed through and ran to the toilet were someone was in so i sat for the next 40 mins pooping in a dustbin in a shower cubicle and later that night slightly followed through again on a fart in bed watching a film but good pumps.

At first i was taking a scoop a day, and wow I thought to myself, this stuff really does work. The next day i tried having 2 scoops and i was having the worst amount of pain in the back of my head through my neck. it was definately the worst feeling ever.

I have been using NaNo for 3 weeks. So far so good. I am about 202 lbs, been training for about 10 years and hadn't been using any supplements for the last 6 months. I decided to stack Nano and Halo to see if there was a boost in numbers. No crashing so far. I wake up 3:30, so I slug 1 scoop down @ 3:45 then I leave for the gym. Workouts have been very good. No significant pump difference, but I have more energy out of the gate and it is sustained throughout the workout. I do about 45-55min of weights than 45min of cardio after. Am exhausted afterwards but no crashing. A 2 scoop dose of Halo on the way home, shower, a good breakfast, then I start my commute to NYC. Since I have had good success with 1 scoop, I am not going to push it to a 2nd just yet. Got it at a good price - worth what I paid.

This is one product that actually tastes like the label says it does. It is a very potent product, as my pumps are gigantic and last for hours. It really helps when you stack it with Creakic. I've put on quite a bit of lean muscle thanks to it. I've noticed people saying that it makes them tired. Well, reading the label shows that it has melatonin in it. So don't bash it because you should always read the label so you know what you're ingesting. All in all a great product that I would use again.
