I’ve been using RS-98 Protein powder for about three years, prior to that I had tried several supplements which had no noticeable effect on my recovery time. The RX-98 reduced the soreness and shortened the recovery time to about two days after a hard ride. I saw measurable wattage results on my trainer in the winter after I had seemed to plateau without the supplement. RS-98 is not very popular, probably because of the cost, $28 a container. I am 50 years old and love riding as much as I can. I also noticed that I haven’t had a cold since I’ve been taking the stuff, but that could be from raising my body temperature every other day. I also do some running and do an upper body workout once a week (no noticeable increase in upper body mass, probably not working out that much). I tend to take the stuff before and after a ride.
