Have gotten these bars at a discount rate for a while-they have a good amino acid profile and I've seen weight gain/LMM gain through using them alone or in conjunction with other products. My only negative experience with them has been gas-lots of it. however it's still a product I use and would recommend as a solid supplement choice.
