This product is very effective. Not only does it give you the pumps your looking for it is so much easier to use. I have tried a few different NO products and its difficult to take 9 horse pills 3 times a day. Its too much work. I take a scope in the morning with my Shock Therapy before I workout and one scope at night with my protien drink. Good product I def recommend.
