product. I have been using it for about a week and it is awesome. don't really see pumps or anything like that, but my motivation level is through the roof. I lift alot more weight with ease on this. I take two scoops about 20-30 minutes before my work out and off i go. Don't take it too close to bed time or you can plan on watching an entire set of dvd's throughout the night. A great product with great results

i bought a tub of blue rasberry and the first few times i tried iit it tasted good but then it got old fast, and i dident think that it worked all that great, some of my buddys use it in the gym and they love it. i dont know if it because i just got done using no-shotgun which works better then no-xplode, i think. but everyone gets different effects off things, because our bodies are different. it also gave me upest stomach and light headed i dont recomend this...try no-shotgun

Gives you that smack on the head that make you wanna pump some iron, i wouldn't call it "strengt" but it's more than a motivation feeling that empowers your will.....it's hard to explain. Overall, it's on the expensive side, certainly if you live out of the USA... one more time, delivers what it promisses, but you don't needed it if you are motivated to start with, BSN is a solid company, therefore if you have to choose i recoment to stack Cellmass,ON Whey protein and muscle milk before going to bed. If you do your workout correctly, results will be there !!

this product is very good, this first time i took it i was really hyper and needed to lift some weights. after you take it for a while you should cycle off it because you become immune to it but you still get the good pump

Overall, I would rate NO-Xplode favorably as it certainly provides increased energy. With this product, my warm-up time is reduced and I have noticed increased muscle pumps or blood flow to targeted areas. One note, it’s hard to determine the ingredient quantity as the label only provides a lengthy list of ingredients and not how much it has. For example, it would be nice to know how much caffeine I am actually consuming as well as amino acids and other “NO” type supplements. One of the most important things to emphasize is this product, by itself, WILL NOT make you big, strong and muscular. Only YOU can do that by putting in the work. NO-Xplode will definitely give you increased energy and endurance in order to accomplish this. I think the lemon-lime flavor is drinkable and have not experienced any sickness. I take about a scoop and a half first thing in the morning 40 minutes prior to my workout.

i took this stuff for a little while the orange is absoluty nausiating(sp) it made me feel so sick and the only reason they call it no - EXPLODE is cause it explodes out your ass it says take on an empty stomach and boy do they mean it but taken on an empty stomach made me feel sick so i think its total crap your better off without it dont waste 60 bucks on it

I drank the orange flavor, which was sort of good. Within 10 minutes of drinking on a mostly empty stomach, I started feeling that feeling I got from my very first red bull. "oh boy, a typical energy drink.." I was mistaken. I did my first set of warm-up bench presses and that's when I knew for sure just why everyone else was hyping this product like none other. I literally jolted through the warmups like I was lifting a pencil, and I didn't at all intend to be going so fast. By my last few exercises (two hours later) I was feeling like I had just walked into the gym on a normal day. There are some downsides. As many people will mention, you can experience a poop emergency, this is due to the magnesium and caffiene as far as I can tell. Much more major downsides were my heart rate and blood pressure increased quite a bit.

I just began taking no explode and I lift both in the morning and the afternoon. I was wondering if I should take No Explode before both workouts or just before one. Anyway, The few days I have tried no explode, I had actually wanted to lift unlike previous times.

When i first used this product it gave me extreme amounts of energy and made me pumped and excited to lift. Now after about a month i dont get the same feeling and i just feel bad at night and feel like crashing. Also it makes me cramp up more than i ever would usually. It would probably be good if you used a different cycle on/off than what they tell you too.

iv only been using it for about four days but so far i think its working well. it gives you a good energy boost and you feel it even more once you get to the gym and start lifting. i used to feel like i had to warm up a lot before i started lifting because my muscles felt cold and stiff but No-xplode gets ur blood flowing and gets u pretty pumped. probably wont happen but make sure you dont get unintentionally aroused because this shit will give u a steel hard on

My normal dosage for this product was two scoops. It works really well when it comes to waking you up and energizing you. However, from my personal experience, that's all it did. It has so much caffeine in it that it probably just has the same effects as an energy drink. It doesn't actually help you build muscle. I wouldn't recommend this product because there are so many other N.O. products that are much better. However, if you do decide to try it, I would recommend the fruit punch flavor. The orange flavor taste disgusting. I get queezy just thinking about it.

I am the same Andre of VA. This stuff worked great at first. Though after 1 and 1/2 months it had the reverse effects on me. I felt groggy, tired, weak and a little light headed. You probably shouldn't take this stuff on a completely empty stomach like they tell you to. I saw results but, I was working out enough to see them anyway. I say, don't use it every time you work out. A week on and a week off so that you don't develpoe a serious tolerance like I did.

I have taken NO Explode before every workout for almost a year now. It is an incredible product and my body still gets massive pumps with each use. Two scoops 30min after a meal, 20 min before a workout is my dosage. One thing to be aware of is not to take it too late in the afternoon. I find anything past six and I'll toss and turn until three or so in the morning. My workouts are aggressive and I have plenty of energy and stamina to get through them; EVERY workout is intense. One negative side effect is often a mixture of gas/ "the runs" after workouts for the remainder of the day. In all, it's a great lifting aid that helps me power through my workouts.

I love the N.O explode. it gave me huge pumps, and EXTREME energy from the caffeine. its awesome, only thing i didnt like, was the first night i took it 3 hours before bed unknowing of the huge energy rush u get, and couldnt fall asleep. I took nitrix also, but its a huge waste, of both time, and money, when it only makes ur veins stick out thats it, but it might depend on the person. Also with N.O explode i had some stomach problems a few times in the beggining, not severe just a lot of having to go to the bathroom if you know what i mean. But overall, N.O is deff. worth everything. and it taste great too!!!

I just tried this product yesterday for "Arm Day". I took it at 5 P.M. and didn't fall asleep until 3 in the morning. Definately should of stuck w/ the one scoop. My work out was amazing. It usually feels like a chore but its as if I was zoned on the "pump". Gave me the shakes too. Recommended w/ the right combinations of other supplements. It makes you want to work out longer than you really should. Make sure you don't over do it in the gym. This will make you feel invincible almost.

This products works well for women as well. I found no cramping or bloating from it, and it really helped my lifts... I was constantly increasing my weights. Focus and attention was good. One thing to note... when I stopped using the product, there was a noticeable decrease in strength. With a spotter, I was able to "force the issue" and continue lifting the same weights. Strength seemed to return within 2 to 3 weeks.

I've been using this product for a few months now, and it's the most mentally-enhancing supplement I've ever taken. I've put probably 50lbs on my bench in 10 weeks easily. I hear that if you really cycle this stuff, and then come back on it, it works even better. I'm psyched for that to happen. Anyways, I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for that motivational drive to hit the gym. It really puts you in a different state of mind.
