I have been using this for just 7 days. First 3 days I took 2, then 3 for the next 5 days. Around day 6 my muscles were hard all DAY. My workouts were about the same but my energy level was improved and morning wood is guarenteed! My pumps (arms) were visibly larger. I may go up to 4 a day but I doubt I need it. I will cycle another bottle at 3 a day. I love this product! I'm 42 y/o and I can FEEL it work.

I have been on novedex for about 5 weeks now and have experienced dramatic increases.. i havent maxed yet but i look more cut and my reps and weight has gone up.. i have gained about 6 pounds, and i havent experienced any side effects.. i like the fact that you do not need to take an estrogen blocker with this supplement. i started out taking 2 capsules before bed, and now im taking 3.. i started to get a little backnee and chestnee and a little acne but 3 capsules helped a lot more.. i would definitley recommend this product.

A friend of mine told me about all the product did for him so I decided to try it. I experienced a deeper sleep, faster recuperation, strength gains, and even lost weight in the process. I was not even trying to trim down at this time but over the 20 days I took it I lost about 8 or 9 lbs. I was very excited that my lifts were still rising while cutting body weight! Great speed and strength gains. Went from 190 clean and jerk to 220 pretty easily. My actual gains in size are unsure. Slowly through the cycle I had put on some serious weight below the abdominal area. Some kind of bloating or swelling. I'm 5'10 190 before using the product. Now 200 lbs but I constantly have a "full feeling" in my abdomen. I'm discontinuing use and hopefully it will go away. Very happy with the product until the side effect

I am a 48 year old, male, competitive powerlifter. My baseline levels for Total and F/W bound blood serum levels fall in the normal range and showed no marked improvement at the four week point of my cycle. I really wish I was submitting a positive testimonial for Novedex XT because I highly respect the Gaspari product line. I experienced a marginal increase in the total levels 484 to 560 ng/dl and an actual decrease in Free from 100 to 85.8 pg/ml as well as a decrease in free/w bound from 210 to 176.5 ng/dl. I am not satisfied with the efficacy of Novedex XT based on these results. I realize that hormone levels are affected by many factors to include stress, exercise and diet. I maximized every component of these factors during my cycle period to enhance the results, i.e. brief, intense weight training, proper nutrition with emphasis on EFAs, sleep and recovery, and stress reduction.

I am 19 and weigh 155 pounds. When I first bought Novedex XT I was sceptical about it. When I started using I took 4 every night. For the first few days I noticed nothing at all. When I hit the 4th or 5th day I started seeing some side effects. I seemed more tired, and sarted to get some minor acne. I worked out regularly and would do push ups, pull ups, sit ups, ect. everyday. I would also take 10 pills of nitric oxide a day which greatly helped by giving me more energy doing work outs. Also eating healthy, consuming alot of calories, and of course getting a good nights sleep. Its has been about 2 weeks of doing the same routine and I have gained 5 pounds. I am quite shocked about the gains I have seen and will continue to use this product. I will update how it has gone after the full cycle. Great product though!

I've been taking four caps of this product nightly for about a month now. I've been told recently that this is more than I need at my weight, and that two caps would be more appropriate. It's worth noting though, that I experienced an inability to maintain an erection a few nights ago during sex, and that my normally very high libido has taken a major hit this cycle. I'm 22, and have never had problems like this before. I'd keep some viagra or cialis on hand during any future Novedex XT cycles.

This product really works. Muscles are rock hard, losing fat slow and steady. First week I noticed increased sex drive, and longer work out sessions in gym with product. Good recovery. Using product 1 pill a day for 10 days now. Sleeping better. Not awhole lot of info. for the ladies out there and I am 38 y.o. into bodybuilding. Cons: Oiley face, some zits, already had hit the age where face hair has started (it accelerates its growth.). All my research indicates that females should not take this if pregnant, if fetus is female it will cause male charac., and can prevent one from getting preg.. And of course it not good because your body is not built to have high test.. I think as women age our bodies increase the estrogen output and our metabolism slows down. There are no studies for this product on females. This product exceeded my expectations, and I will cycle off it in 2-3 weeks.

Novedex XT, does work! If you think that it doesnt work, after cycling through a bottle. Think again. Go to your doctor & have your testosterone levels tested, before trying this. After you have cycled through the bottle, go & have them tested again. I GUARANTEE, there is a difference! HOWEVER! The little study that was done with Novedex XT is good & bad. It DOES increase test. levels, however. There was NO scientific evidence, that it was in fact anti-aromatose. Which means blocks estrogen. Needless to say... This product works to increase test. levels. This product does NOT block estrogen!

Before using this product my testosterone was approx. 219 ng/dl (doc tested), a followup 3 months later revealed test to be 360 ng/dl..A few months after that revealed my test. to be over 1100 ng/dl..I was taking Nov xt in addition to Androgel (prescribed) and some other supps at the time. 6 months later I was retested and at the time was taking Nov. XT only at 3 tabs a day. Testosterone was 996 ng/dl. The normal range for "total" test. is 241-827 ng/dl. Buy this product online and you'll pay half the price or less of what prescription testosterone will provide.

I'm training very hard right now to get ready for a meeting in which physical ability is needed. My strength and endurance are definately improving. I'm impressed I'm making these kinds of gains and know that I wouldn't be without the Gaspari Novedex XL. My muscles are harder and bigger. One negative I'm noticing is it is interfering with my sleep. I wake up and toss and turn. But I know something is going on inside of me! I'll be 48 next month and I'm glad there are supplements out there like this one that can give me an edge. I'm taking 3 a night and go off of it on the weekends. I plan to do this for another month and give it a break. Always be careful with supplements that alter your hormones. What can I say...it's working for me. Good luck in your training. Novedex is pretty good, I have been taking four per night for two weeks and have seen very noticeable gains as well as feeling sore in the muscles I worked when I wake up, highly recommend if you plan on using something legal.

I am very cynical with suppplements but I had my test levels measured at 460 and with novedex after 5 weeks it was 1160. I felt very strong and my fat went down and muscle size and strength was up. (it takes a month to go back to normal) Note: Novedex has isoflavones Negatives are that your sex drive will decrease and to off set this take Tribex from biotest. Note: with all of these supplements do not lift weights more then 4 x per week and 60 minutes at time. If you are natural you cannot recover!(5 and 6 days are for unnatural athletes.) Do not listen to bad advice from guys who are not natural. Some of these supplements do work but you are still not a Balco athlete!

Novedex xt is an awesome product. Strength is threw the roof, libido is very high, my hog feels like a porno stars Shlong. Sleeping well at night on these too. Just an awesome natural test booster. This stuff keeps the estrogen down in my body and I use it for PCT. It's a high quality product, you pay a little bit for it, but it's worth every penny.

This product has NO value as an anti-estrogen agent, and I have the bloodwork to prove it! I had my test and estro levels checked after using it for 4 weeks and it did NOTHING to reduce estrogen. I might as well have been taking a sugar pill.

I went through a whole 6 week cycle, never missed a day. Amount consumed. Week 1 and 2 2 pills Week 3 and 4 3 pills Week 5 and 6 4 pills The first week very little results Week 2 started to feel more energy on workouts. Week 3 and 4 good adds to strength and could add reps and sets to workout. Week 5 and 6 when I was taking full dose I would wake up with my muscles still feeling firm like I just got done working out. Really liked the felling. Over all adds where O.K. Endurance and recover where through the roof. This is where the product shined for me. Still think eating like a horse is the best way to gain, but if you are looking for an edge to the gain, with awesome recovery time this would be a good product. Because of the recover it gave me I am going to buy this product again in a month for another cycle.
